dancygeorgia I think there is a misunderstanding about the problem I am having. I know I used the Windstar download as an example but the problem is that my ipod is not downloading anything that I get off the internet, I'm not sure exactly when this started. I have always been able to download from kind people like u or from the internet and have no trouble getting it on my ipod. It downloads into my itunes library but not onto my ipod. Never had this problem before and it seems it only started recently.
