OT but in case anyone is interested here is the video for U2's single "Invisible". It's a project (RED) single so proceeds are going to the Global Fund for AIDS. To relate it to Adam, wouldn't it be cool for Adam to have this microphone to swing on during concerts? www.youtube.com/watch?v=ajVoeX4eqIQDo you know what (RED) means in the title? |

Because today is a very slow day I've decided to have a look at the few pics I took in London, Hammersmith on the 12th. Maybe you can see on the collage that not only the music and the musicians were breathtaking - also the light show and the effects were almost surreal. Every time I look at these pics I get chills... it really was magic! And I can't wait till dates are announced for the next QAL tour. And as I've written before, I HOPE that there will be dates in Europe!!!!   I love that after he ripped his pants, his spare ones were glittery zebra stripes. So much fun! |

I saw it live! Amazing! (Not that location. Here in Cali) I saw Hell Freezes Over Tour at Giants Stadium in The Meadowlands, NJ, where I am hoping I may be going to see another legendary band later this year....  Yeah, I know, I know.....but let me have this dream.....I dream BIG!! Just remembered...I also took my mother to what was called at the time The Brendan Byrne Arena in The Meadowlands to see yet another musical legend...Frank Sinatra on his 75th Birthday Tour! Sigh......to bring it back to Adam: I remember watching my mother's face as Frank walked onto the stage.....her face just lit up as she sat forward in her seat and I heard her murmur "Oh, Fraaaaaaank!" Yeah, I smiled. But it melted my heart.... She was one of his bobbysoxers at the Brooklyn Paramount back in the early 40's....and there she was all those years later, still the fan girl, still loving his voice.... She never sat back in her seat until the concert was over. I am my mother's daughter in many ways and I am confident I will be just as mesmerized watching Adam perform many years from now as I was when I saw him on GNT....just hope one of my kids will take me!  |

Heyburn ruled Kentucky's ban on same-gender marriage unconstitutional! IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that to the extent K.R.S 402.005, .020, .040, and .045 and Section 233A of the Kentucky Constitution deny validly married same-sex couples equal recognition and benefits under Kentucky and federal law, they violate the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution.    Wooo hoooo....how many more states to go? |
