Like several others have said, I appreciate the comprehensiveness of ATop. It is my one-stop site for Adam news. If there is anything happening about/with Adam, I know someone will bring it here.
I don't care for twitter. Just me, but it is too chaotic, too much to wade thru, jumps around too much, I have to trace down what someone is responding to, .... I just don't enjoy twitter. I'm glad others do, and share the wealth.
Melvin, no-Melvin, beard but don't call it Melvin, fan art, no fan art, just no chibi fan art, photo collages, multiple Adam images, manipulations, photoshop, make-up, natural, news of friends, silly polls about what flavor popcycle are you, types of music Adam should put on the new album, career directions, body part comments..... Ask ten Atopers and I don't think you will find one topic that we all agree on.
EXCEPT THAT ADAM HAS AN INCREDIBLE, BEAUTIFUL VOICE.

Also: Has anyone felt a little guilty for ever sporting negative thoughts towards scruffy Melvin after reading all those gushing remarks about Adam's hotness from Idol watchers? Because I have. (*hides in a corner. Bad, bad fan) Can't say as I have but I will say the dark line of his jaw because of the scruff makes this gif even better:  |

just saw on twitter CNN reporting Arizona legislation passed bill that would let businesses deny service to gay and lesbian customers. It literally made me sick at my stomach to think people can be so inhuman

I am happy for all the info retrieved from twitter. The only thing I really do not like on twitter and even less...much less...here is when collections of tweets from other tweeters are brought here to ridicule. It is nasty enough that the ridicule is happening on twitter but we don't need it here. It is none of our business what a non-atopian tweets to shoshnna [another non-atopian]. It is mean spirited at best regardless of whether or not we "approve" of the tweets. Just my humble opinion but I would love to see us ignore those posts. The very reason it is nice to see tweets with info brought here [it is more visible for a longer time] is the reason those other posts are uncomfortable. We pride ourselves on being a nicer kinder place than twitter but we are not if we bring that stuff over.....sorry if I offend...yes I can and do scroll ....
eta...suffering occular rosacea and it affects my vision so I keep missing spelling errors....grrrr....

I love Atop and all the conversations here. But for some reason, accessing this site is so difficult for me. I can visit any other site on the net just fine, but Atop takes me at least 10-15 min to load, if it loads at all. I have to refresh several times and wait.wait.wait.
So many comments that I make never get posted because I just give up in frustration. I love our beautiful Adam and it kills me to not be able to comment. I don't have a clue what the problem is but I'll keep trying.
Hope this pity-party post goes thru.

 It's HEEEEEERE!!!!!!! Drove in the fog to eye MD appointment....trying to avoid the huge potholes caused by all the snowfalls....then stepped outside after appointment to find I was blinded by the glare of snow all around me...eyes were dilated......reached for sunglasses and headed to car parked down the street....and found I had left the lights on....dead, dead, dead.....  All I could think about, while waiting for AAA to arrive, was...."I wonder if my wolf came today?" And it did! Nice mail carrier used the plastic bag I had left in the mailbox....and DH brought it in and left it next to my seat.... Aaaaand...NGL.......I just peeled the cap off and took a long deep breath......  All in all...this has been a SPECTACULAR day!  #179 of 300 Yay!!!! SO HAPPY FOR YOU !!! Mine DID NOT arrive today. What the HELL !!!!! I'm heading out in the morning with justwishin to spend the weekend with needacoke in Atlanta. I've left instructions with DH to look for it and bring it in if it comes tomorrow or Monday. I'm starting to get concerned........WHERE IS IT???? |

Got you there: I did read all the stuff I missed during my involuntary internet exile, and I just so happened to bump into a comment of a floor wiping variety, where Adam was supposedly the one making contact with the said floor? Metaphorically speaking. Talon, would you show your pretty head so that I can bite it off, please? Just kidding:))) Guys, thanks everyone for your thoughts. Nica, you owe me some coffee ( a big one:))), and Geezelouise, thanks for mentioning that all the tweets can be found under the bottom of the thread. One would think it was obvious, but considering how many people misinterpreted my post, I guess no. Because I was talking about Gelly situation, not bringing tweets over in general. Mys*&@^#r, I am glad to hear she doesn't mind it. For a while, I thought it must have bothered her. Thanks everyone for putting up with my grumpy self!!! Oops, that L is to the absolute edge....would have to be under the mat. Guess he was getting tired.....this is his "halfass" sig. Then sometimes you get the "barely legible scribble". LOL. The one he did in the Instagram pic was a good "full signature". That must have been # 1 of 300. LOL.
At this point, I just want mine delivered. geez.
