Economics 101, my friend. The price of anything is where supply intersects with demand. No more, no less. So you say that Adam's print is more pricey because there's more demand for it? Your theory is different from Mellie's? I don't know whose theory is right, but I bought the book, rather than the print which I would have had to spend even more $$ to frame. I did inquire about the print and I could tell from their prompt return email, they're eager to sell the prints....I guess so. lol. Had it been signed by Adam, I probably would have succumbed. But even I have my limits....at least I hope so.

Your theory is different from Mellie's? Essentially, but not exactly. The price of anything -- including this book and this print -- is a point set by the demand from buyers, and the supply -- in this case from the photographer. Consider something like the latest novel by Stephen King. Demand is high in terms of numbers, but supply is also very high, as the publisher prints thousands of copies. So the price is relatively low. These items are luxury goods and the supply is limited. The demand is also limited, but among those who do "demand" the items, they want them rather badly, and are willing to pay a relatively high price to get them. The majority of people demanding the book are probably well-heeled Elvis fans who buy everything related to Elvis and enjoy the feeling that they have everything (ETA: and some fans of the individual artist who are completists). The people demanding the prints are fans of the individual artists, also looking for the prestige and satisfaction of owning a relatively rare item. The photographer set his price point where he thinks supply and demand will intersect. Now he will see if he was right.

I feel a bit uncomfortable that I haven't seen a single episode of Glee yet, fan guilt and all, although I'm not sure I ever will, Adam's participation in it notwithstanding, since my friends say it's a shitty show. But, BUT: I cannot WAIT for Adam's parts!!! which will be literally mouthfed to me via the awesome ninjas, tyvm. Surprisingly, I can't wait for Adam's acting bits even more than the singing bits because he's that awesome. I knew he could 'sang', but I did not know he could act as well, or almost as well:))) His Elliott is ah-mazing! Awwwww, you should try a full show with Adam once. The Marry the Night was a good one. Next week should be good because Adam is in 4 songs! Member is Online "I've shaved half of my name off in support of the antimelvin campaign:)"Thanks for posting that because I thought I had a complete memory lapse!

So, if I say: 'Junie, I will kiss you if you give me a piggy ride home', I might get a nice piggy ride home if I'm right about you wanting to kiss me. If I'm wrong, I might just end up with a slap to my face? Fair enough:)

Just a reminder!! If you are buying the Glee song or the episode, consider using the Atop portal. It will help support Atop. You do have to navigate a bit to find Glee....just do a search for Glee season 5. Thanks for posting this Stardust - I just bought the song through Atop. Always happy to contribute a little bit of $ to Adam & my favorite website. *smiley face*

Ever since I saw the first pics of Adam on Idol, it must have been a week ago, I noticed his shoes, the ones with red soles, half of the soles' colour worn off in weird shapes, and I thought of an Attoper who left and whose avi was a gif of Adam's feet dancing in those shoes. But, I couldn't remember her name and it's been bugging me this whole week, driving me insane... I almost wanted to ask you guys, but I was too embarrassed... Well, I just remembered: her name was Slapdash Larue! I'm going to bed with a smile on my face now:) My embarrassment capacities are obviously very limited since I've just told you this story.
ETA/// Actually, I think Adam was barefoot in that gif, but he had those shoes on before he took them off
