+ anything by Fleetwood Mac / Stevie Nicks ETA: kittykay I looove Wicked Game, especially the HIM version. Never heard another song like it. So unique in that combination of sweet and ominous. Lilly just introduced me to HIM and OMG. I'm becoming a metal head under her direction. Going the way of Lilly. She'll just love that. Listen to the Venus Doom album. You won't regret it (disclaimer: if you regret it I am not responsible for the wasted hour of your life)

Venus Doom..I'm on it. No way HIM is a waste of an hour. I listened to quite a few songs and I'm hooked. Thanks, for the suggestion!!

t.co/hYzWaJyVwo"Queen and Lambert have announced some sort of event for next Thursday morning at New York City’s famed Madison Square Garden" Eeeeeeeeee!!!!! If they are announcing it there that MUST mean one of the dates will be at MSG. I'm so happy for Adam. Still swimming around in Glee. My favourite bit is when he says, "I'm still chewing".

Over the past few years, Adam Lambert has performed with the legendary British rock group Queen on a number of occasions, both in the U.S. and overseas, but he and the group have never actually toured in the U.S. Now, though, it appears that some live shows might be in the works stateside. Adam and Queen have announced a press event for next Thursday morning at New York City's famed Madison Square Garden, with a promise of more details to follow. It's safe to assume that this will serve as a kickoff for some kind of concert event. When he performs with Queen, Adam stands in for the band's founding lead singer, Freddie Mercury, who died in 1991 of an AIDS-related illness. In the summer of 2012, he and the band performed six shows in Europe, and this past fall, they also performed at a multi-artist show in Las Vegas. Adam and Queen first teamed up in 2009. The occasion was a performance on the American Idol season-eight finale where Adam faced off against Kris Allen and lost. He noted, “I think we’re up for one more swing out there,” adding that the lineup would be “Roger and myself, and who knows who else!!” May also reported that he’d been looking over “an amazing working list of dates” for the tour.
