Brian said he and Roger were up for another swing, not one last swing. Still -- I do think this is perhaps a once in a lifetime opportunity. Can't wait to hear the details.

You have no idea! The memories of June 2010! Just ask Catz, she helped me with the laundry after everyone (but her) left... Nica.... what is the closest hotel(s) to MSG? MSG is located between 31st and 33rd st on 7th Ave... There are probably over 50 hotels in a very short walking distance. Hotel Pennsylvania is literally across 7th ave from MSG. If you google "hotels near MSG New York" - you'll see a whole cluster of hotels! When trying to estimate distance this will help: Blocks between streets are very short - 20 blocks = 1 mile. It takes 1 min. to walk a block at a normal walking speed. Blocks between Avenues are longer - about 3 times the street to street blocks. The best "transportation" in midtown (where MSG is located) is WALKING. The next best is the subway. Anything else - bus, taxi, limo - you can get royally stuck in traffic.... I have a question: WHY do they need such a huge venue to make an announcement? Is it the way tours are usually announced??

Maybe the Q104 DJ said that they might make a tour stop there? Or kicking off the tour there? I also said that I want them to have a deal at MSG like Billy Joel currently has - once a month for a year, but I doubt that would happen.
