If so, I'd love to hear Adam sing pretty much anything by the Scorpions (but particularly the second song!).

Okay, so they are never going to repeat a song on Glee. So "Bring Him Home" won't fly. What about my fantasy to hear Adam do a little bit of opera? Angela Lansbury is auditioning for a gig. The sponsor is distainful of all these 'no talent, no training" pop groups. He says if they are really any good, they should be able to sing legitimate opera. If they can do that, they have the gig. Rachel, Santana and Kurt all look at each other and shrug their shoulders. They don't know any opera, much less can they sing it. Elliott divulges that he has studied opera and has actually performed a couple of arias. He steps up and sings a stellar aria, then segues into a metal rock song, just to show the versatility of the group. Would that work to satisfy my fantasy? I thought I read that Don't Rain On My Parade was a repeat, previously done by Rachel and then my Santana this week. You are correct -- Rachel sang DROMP is Season 1 episode 13. Many Gleeks were surprised that they had Santana repeat it since it was "Rachel's" song. Of course, that is also part of the reason Rachel was so upset with Santana -- she even stole her song. |

For 5 years I've been longing to hear Adam sing GnR's Sweet Child of Mine. I've even imagined him singing it in my sleep...Those lyrics, those notes, those highs, those lows! Adam's voice was made to sing that song. Even when he was on Idol I was hoping he would pick that song to sing on the show.

The song I would DIE to hear Adam sing is "Bring Him Home." So, how to fit that into the fluff and pop that is Glee? Especially because Rachel and Kurt already sang it on Glee? Hmmm. Maybe Elliott has a huge audition for a Broadway role and Kurt/Rachel suggest that they had great success with the song, and Elliot should try it. To show that he is more than a big voiced rock singer.   OMG YES!!!!!!!!!! Bring Him Home would be AMAAAAZING!!!! I'd love him to sing something soft, controlled and with that divine bell tone. Like he has done in many acoustic performances. Totally different from MTN and IBIATCL... along the lines of "Stay" or his FS "Broken Open" show how he can SING ANYTHING! That is my dream! |
