I don't even want to think about the ticket, hotel, and air line ticket drama coming in our future!lol We've got time, bb and major ticket buyers on Atop. They'll help us, I'll betcha. Guess I'd better renew ALFC. Yes but HOW???  I went to adamlambertfans.com/ and attempted to register and got an error page. Googled "Alam Lambert Fan Club Glitter Package" and was taken to a site to register and thence to ... an error page. Have we broken the site? I tried Firefox and IE. (I know, #badfan renewing her ALFC memberships after a lamentable lapse in the hope of getting tix for Queen + AL. Is there a "I hang my head in shame" smilie?) |

Hey all! I have seen the news but at this point I'm a bit skeptical. All of the articles seem to stem from one source. This source says that Queen and Adam have announced an event on Thursday at MSG. My question is this. Where? Where did they make this so called announcement? Nothing on the Queen site. Nothing on Brian's site. No quotes at all from any of the three participants. So the main article that all the offshoot articles are based on states they made an announcement about an event and yet there's not one bit of evidence. And honestly to the contrary if there was an "announcement" made it would be on the main sites. Now ow that's not to say I don't have hope! It could be a misfiring and it is supposed to say that there are rumors, or an inside source leaked news about an "event". But until I see it on QOL or on Brian's site I'll wait in cautious optimism. Regardless...as cool as it would be to be down there for an announcement....that won't happen for me! But I will definitely be getting tickets for a gig! But they haven't denied it either. Dr May is usually very quick to get on twitter and squash rumors. Actually, so does Shoshanna! I think the rock radio stations got a semi press release, because they are invited to this "event" which I believe will be a press conference. I BELIEVE!!!!!!!!!! |

Is there a "I hang my head in shame" smilie?) I'm using Chrome on my Mac and was able to log in without any problems. Then it told me I needed to be a member and I was able to sign up for membership. Even though my membership had lapsed, I was able to log-in with my old log-in and password. Maybe try another browser? Make sure your OS is updated? |

Thanks for the info Stampsgal . I still can't get in. I'll have to get my son to look at it later. I've never had that problem before at ALF . I have no problem at AdamOfficial.....but don't want to go there. lol. I'll dig out an old laptop and try later and see if it's my PC
I tried a Google search and I still get the same Security Certificate has been revoked for the site. I've typed it in every which way. I can't get in either. I only get the home page and then login gives me that weird security message. I have tried 3 different browsers. |

So maybe announcement about Adam and Queen touring USA next week. Cool - doing it at MSG will be for effect and imagine it will be a closed conference with only those with media credentials allowed in for it not a public event.
I guess we will know in next day or so if it is real or an unsubstantiated speculation... Media releases often go out in advance of announcements with news supposedly embargoed til a date and time... which I've always laughed at because someone always leaks - also often part of the plan. PR is a deceptively complex business.

I asked on twitter but no one else seemed to have the problem. Sorry, but I'm glad I'm not the only one! Makes me feel better! Hah! (wonder why it's working for some people though) I just want to make sure I can access the site in case we get a chance at a fanclub presale for Queenbert.  |

I just tried Safari and got in! But I still got the message but had the option the get in anyway. Maybe I will send a tweet to Shoshanna!
