I'm probably going to get banned from this forum for this but I was disappointed in the Glee songs. I LOVED Adam's voice on Barracuda but I didn't think he and Lea sounded that good together; I don't think she sounds good on rock at all. I really disliked the Happening, everything about it. I was really looking forward to Gloria but just didn't feel this version, too rushed. I wanted to hear Adam wail and have more power in his voice. That said I'm still looking forward to Glee on Tuesday. You get banned, you'll have company..  Barrucuda was Adam's song. I agree, he and Lea's voices not always such a good match. I did enjoy it as Adam took the lead in this, even if he was singing harmony. You could hear him pulsing the song along. And his last breathy..barrr aaa ccooo dahh..#poolofAbdul Don't EVEN talk to me about 'The NOT Happening' ...WTF. You have Demi Lovato and Adam Lambert and you stick them with this schmuck? Sorry, just no. Like Idol not showing mentoring vids, what a wasted opportunity. The two best vocalists who could have totally played off one another and....this song? I've eaten better pureed peas than this.  No comment on the last two songs at all. Who chooses this crap? And I think Glee will still be fun to watch. Ending on an up note.. |
