OMG....I have got to STOP watching the videos and get some sleep!! So much fun today. Adam always amazes me with the depth of his talent....he is doing amazing work on Glee. You think Glee will be broken (like Idol) after Adam's last episode?  Nite! I think it might have been a bit broken before Adam joined. But, definitely after he is gone! I did like the idea I posted from one article, which is to give Adam a spin-off series from NYC Glee. Spin-offs are very popular on US TV. I can definitely see Adam starring in his own drama/comedy series! Of course, he might have trouble fitting in shooting with Queen tours, A3 and his next solo headlining tour. But, he is young and full of energy. He could schedule it, don't you think? For a long time I have pictured Adam as very able to handle a TV show of his own. The best example of something to use his talents would be something like the Carol Burnett Show. And after watching him on Glee, there is no doubt that he can handle comedy skits. And with the genres of music seeming to meld, and artists not doing just one thing, people may not be focused on just one type of music, so a musical variety format might be feasible. And maybe the variety show genre has just been waiting for the right person. He is a reliable professional, and as stated recently (by mys*&@^#r?), Adam has chemistry with everyone. He can sing, act and people love him. This sort of thing won't happen soon. His plate will be full with QAL, A3, and subsequent touring. But surely he has gotten the attention of the industry. He will have many choices. And, YES to bridget's post above! |

From the TV critic for the Boston Herald: This reaction makes me insanely happy! People are NOTICING! In the past Adam has downplayed his acting ability. Now, his twitter describes him as "singer/songwriter/actor". I wonder if he decided a while ago to beef up his acting chops and has been taking lessons. It would make sense if he is looking to expand his brand and saw his acting as possibly holding him back. He works with a vocal coach, we know. He works with a trainer to get the "look" he wants (and that looks great on TV). Why not an acting coach as well? Whatever he is doing, it is working!!!! |

It gives me warm, fuzzy feelings when I see other people complimenting him the way I think he should.  I had a brief look through the comments so far on the TWoP forum for Glee for this episode and the comments on there are almost entirely positive. |

I've listened to LMD remix ... sounds like 6 songs playing at the same time ... it's awful!   Avicii can do whatever he likes with his songs  , that doesn't mean I'm going to like it.  Ya, we have to remember it's his album to remix as he wishes. I usually like remixes. But this one is bad, for me. Even if you take out what he did to Adam's vocals, where is Nile's funky guitar? Gone! If Adam wasn't the singer, I'd still say, "WTF?!" But I am guessing I am not his target audience.  Just my opinion, but  was that? Hmmmm....just wondering if Adam has heard it and if he ikes it? Has he tweeted a link to it yet? |
