Not sure if these got posted. tvrecaps.ew.com/recap/glee-season-5-episode-10/In New York, Rachel is wearing a leather skort, having a low-key solo rehearsal with a full band, and writing herself into the role of “Elliot’s new roommate.” I must give Starchild all the props in the world for nipping that Best Gay stuff in the bud, but he still couldn’t resist letting Rachel move in with him, more due to his NYC rent than her being “like some[bed-stealing] heroin from a lost Tennessee Williams play.” Hey, why not cement this beautiful friendship (of necessity) with a song: Ooooh, “Barracuda.” No one makes the most of every speck of space in an empty room quite like Adam Lambert – is it because he’s so tall, or just because he knows how to ROCK? Rachel holds her own vocally, and Starchild shows her a thing or two about lunging your way into rock runs.
Santana and Rachel might need to borrow that copy of Ever After because their feud is reaching a fever pitch at the diner where a performance of Laura Branigan’s “Gloria” has been specially requested. Santana offers to take the lead with Elliot backing her up and then Rachel exclaims Glee’s thesis statement to him: “Why don’t you back both of us up and then at the end you can decide which one of us is better!” And, well, Santana, Rachel and Starchild is a trio I’m just not ever going to turn down, especially with Rachel fighting so hard for the spotlight she almost throws a shoulder out. Seriously, everyone in NYC needs to worry that Adam Lambert will get a Glee spin-off show

:lol Thanks and yes - try to keep calm Gingerpf (though I have to say, it was @aqueenofmagic's advice in my post.  ) I hope you manage to get good tickets *fingers crossed*. And I can imagine your feelings quite well - I still remember how nervous I was trying to get tickets for Queen and Adam show in London and Wroclaw two years ago. Aw Shimoli - thank you for the support!  I'm so happy you got to see the London & Wroclaw shows! There was no way I could afford to go overseas then, so I've been praying that they would do a US tour & now I'm about to go CRAZY waiting for the official dates & cities! I NEED TO RELAX!!! i love all the Queen info that Q3 provided! I did not know that Queen opened for Mott the Hoople. I know I must have seen their solo tour, because I was a huge fan, but now I'm wondering if maybe I saw Queen as their opening act & in my drug-infused stupor, I've completely blanked them from my memory? What a horrible thought. I gotta go pull out my old backstage passes & check the dates! In the meantime, I guess I should stop spamming this thread with QAL hysteria. There'll be plenty of that going on tomorrow. Back to Glee!  ohh shit this makes me feel so old ,cant remember ,,73 /74 was at one of these concerts , loved queen ,mott the hoople ??? went with my brother ,a mott major fan ,, he still is ???? so this year mott TH ARE TOURING AGAIN , shit , we saw them at newcastle city hall ,73 /74 ,, so they are back ,its my birthday ,,whit did the brother take me too ,, yes yer guessed it ,,MOTT THE HOOPLE ,ian hunter coulda sing in 74 ,, he sure cant now ,(wis nice pretended to like it ) but i hiv nice friends ,, they took me to 30 secs to mars ,2 days later .. In 1974, I went to see Mott the Hopple -- discovered Queen and then went to 7 consecutive concerts to see the "opening" act! It was really like they were two acts.
