 Very funny Soulmate! Luckily my DH has connections with the arena booker where we live and is going to try and get us tickets for Houston. We can drive it and stay with my 84 year old mother who lives alone there. Makes my life easier which I desperately need because I suffered a stroke last week. It was a very mild one and I was very fortunate and glad I survived to see Adam and Queen this summer. What's frustrating is that I can no longer type fast with my right hand. Ugh! Good luck everyone with getting tickets!! |

SQUEEEEEEEN! The tour starts in Chicago and I (along with 20,000 other people lol) get to see Adam and Queen first! Adam's make-up may not melt and his sleeves probably won't rip out of his vest at the armpits, but anything can happen. The one sure thing is this Queenbert will be epic.
Both my adult daughters called to see if I heard the news. They are so naïve.

Within 10 min of announcement my kids sent e-mails that we all had to go to Merriweather. They go there alot for concerts....about 20 min from where I live. But I really want to go to MSG and some others too - need to have some summer time off! This is alot of concerts in a short time isn't it.. rest up!@

Incredible day. So glad I made this trip to GMA... 2 hrs sleep ... Braved the cold. Fingers frozen. Posting pics while walking the streets... So happy to share any bit of info with this fantastic fandom .. Had no idea what to expect. Maybe a glimpse of Adam. Got so much more & then some. Such a thrill to be there!! Very cool moment when I saw Dr Bri though the window right before he went on air. Waved. He waved back.  Gave him a THUMBS UP. He gave me one back. Both of us grinning So happy for Dr Brian & Rodger. They get to do what they do best. The Show Must Go On. It's who they are . And doing back flips for Our Adam. Such an honor for him ! Thank you ATOP and all the members here for posting SO much to get caught up on. ~ Virg |
