No shows in the southeast. Oh, no! But...... a great silver lining that has me excited. My cousin who lives outside of Chicago is an Adam fan. Not an Adam stan like us, but she has wanted to see him in concert. We are making plans. Then, it dawned on me that my two sisters live less than 100 miles from Chicago. Neither are Adam fans, despite my attempts. But, both are musicians and music lovers. One is a life-long performer. Maybe they would enjoy the experience of a Queen concert and girls night out. I put out feelers, and BOTH WANT TO GO. As we know, once you see our boy "live" and hear that voice in a concert hall/arena, resistance is futile. Enter the arena with one stan, one fan, and two non-fans, and exit with four ecstatic, flailing Glamberts. This is gonna work. I have good feelings about it. I am getting so excited! I'm going to try for Chicago and Detroit. My only concern for Chicago is that it's the first show on this tour. It seems that tours get betterer once 4 or 5 shows have been given. But, these guys are beyond pro so maybe that's not a factor. Good luck with tickets! I have relatives in the area too and a place to stay so am all set except for having tickets in hand -- not gonna stress (right!!).

the point was Queen + Adam have done shows that people in Europe could see, if they were so inclined. When it's a limited engagement I wish fans would pick one show and go to that, leaving tickets available for others who would also like to see a show. I hope those same people don't repeat the process in the U.S., possibly depriving new fans of seeing this tour. In my opinion it will be the scalpers who will deprive so many current and new fans of the opportunity to see this tour. Yeah, I wish there was something to be done about the scalpers but every show has this problem and the seats are filled come showtime.

How in the world do they get these before they are even on sale?

Did I see on the thread somewhere that someone has compiled all the videos of the press interviews with Roger, Brian and Adam into one YT? I have to start my campaigning to ensure that my sisters go to the concert. They both still think of Adam as this slightly weird, OTT singer in make-up. I think seeing him so debonair and articulate will do a lot of the convincing. Thanks for the help. I wish you much better luck than I had with my sister & Dad. They both love Queen but all I got was Fred is dead. They have seen portions of the QAL videos. And my sister went with me to Adam's 2012 Winstar concert, although she spent so much time getting ready she missed the 1st half. Neither are impressed with Adam. But then I am not impressed with alot of the music they like.

How in the world do they get these before they are even on sale? I don't know that those would be legit tickets, which is something people always need to be aware of, paying for tickets that aren't real.

See ya when you get home."

'@logotv Perfect match. #DragRace guest judge @adamlambert will be going on a nationwide tour with the legendary band #Queen. logo.to/1cBrzJQ ' Love the two comments at the bottom: Don't miss this once in a lifetime experience. Queen + Adam Lambert 7-12-12 London left EVERYONE speechless. Anyone who doubts how great this really is should go watch the Queen concert Adam did with them in Kiev a few years ago. It's on youtube in its entirety, and he really was everything you could ask for besides a living, breathing Freddie Mercury.
