I called for further info - sorry if this has already been discussed.
Packages not on sale until 14th 10.00am.
Seat numbers are not allocated until you check in, so no way of knowing in advance exactly where. Have to check in and collect tickets with same ID as booking payment. Information was like getting blood out of a stone; she wouldn't give me the allocated rows but she said that 'Gold' circle seats, for example, would not be 'prime' - which is only to be expected.
However since the price is for one room and TWO tickets, and they have balcony seats as well, this could be a really good deal if you haven't got tickets yet and you need a room.

The same date on Ticketmaster site. I remember that there were some place(s) that started on saturday but didn't pay enough attention to have any idea where I saw it. San Jose and LA general sales are also March 15th. peace&love The TV ad for Detroit also says saturday. ETA From the first page of this thread, March 15 for Chicago, San Jose, LA and Philadelphia. Two to add there are New York City and Detroit.

Would I be better off waiting for Saturday than buying this late in the presale? hard to say...if you see seats you are OK with I would buy... depends on how anxious you get... I just succumbed and got a ticket which is "sort of OK", mainly because I started getting nervous... I have a question: Did anyone use a Transfer function on TM? How does it work? My friend got me my CT ticket (I got jailed on TM) and I am thinking she can just transfer it - yes?

Im just trying to help out whoever couldn't get them at the pre-sale. Just let me know if you are interested.

I have seen many saying presales only release 20% of their tickets. I don't know where this info came from, but for large popular shows, I doubt that is true. I go tomany concerts a year and for most, if you don't get presale you have slim pickings in public day. Billboard even did an article about how little is left after all the presales! Maybe 20% to fan club? I know the Am Ex seats I got were better than what fan club offered too. Definitely not the same pool. Just my thoughts on past ticket buying

Another day, another pre-sale, another password. LOL
Live Nation sent me an email for a pre-sale for the San Jose show. Pre-sale is tomorrow, Thursday, March 13th. All the info is posted in the San Jose thread.
peace&love

Just my thoughts on past ticket buying I have no clue about how many tickets are released for a pre-sale, but when you add up the fanclub pre-sale, the AMEX pre-sale, the venue pre-sale, the promoter pre-sale (Live Nation, AEG, etc), various radio station pre-sales, the promoter and venue VIP packages, and the room+ticket packages at venues with hotels I think you get a pretty big slice of the ticket pie. Just how big that slice is probably varies with each artist/tour depending on the promotional plan that is developed. I read somewhere an analysis of a Bieber concert. The article was explaining why the concert - the general sale - sold out practically instantly. For that concert the pre-sales sold out a huge percentage of the house. I wish I could remember the exact percent, but it seemed that what was for sale for the general sale was only 20-30%. Queen + Adam will have a different plan than Bieber had. They will want to sell what they can in pre-sales, of course, but they probably are not planning to sell as large a percent in pre-sales as the Bieber concert did because the audience will not be masses of hysterical, screaming little girls and their moms. Hahah peace&love
