I think this is only one person who is doing this vs. people. It is a bit annoying IMO because most fans just share info without all this personal branding. following the liking of photos is strange enough but the personal branding of the screen cap, as if it's trademarked materials is bizarre. I agree with the bizarre trademarking but there's nothing strange in the followings. Naturally, a fan follows his artist on twitter or on IG. And when he does do that all artist action will appear on the fan's feed - it's public and 'interactive' and that's the way it works. I don't have twitter or IG accounts so I'm glad that someone shares the info on follows etc.

I am a total novice in all things "touring", so my first exposure was the GNT...around 120 dates in about 6 months period, all over the world...many back to back dates...on a (I assume) limited budget with little luxury... granted the set was not long, but with no rest.... I assume Adam will be free of dealing with any/all organizational issues, he will be on stage for about 90 mins with a break... I see the SINGING part to be VERY CHALLENGING though, and so I take Paul's comment as a reflection on Adam's SINGING ability... and my inner mama-bear gets really rattled... What makes a Queen tour bigger and more grueling than other tours aside form the material, which is right up Adam's alley anyway? Well the material is up his alley but it is usually a pretty long set with some tough songs. And there's a difference trying to connect/reach/front a band for 2,000-3,000 vs 350,000 (or even 20,000) The sets are also much bigger and therefore more physically demanding. The press tends to be bigger and tougher on these tours. AND you have a fanbase that has to be won over. So I definitely didn't see it as Paul questioning Adam's singing. It was more just saying it is a tough gig for the vocal chords and for physical conditioning in general as well as mentally.

following the liking of photos is strange enough but the personal branding of the screen cap, as if it's trademarked materials is bizarre. Remember on Seinfeld when George Costanza bought Elaine a big salad but Jerry handed it to her and she thanked him? George got all indignant because he bought the salad yet didn't get the credit for it from Elaine. He was a petty, petty man and needed to know that his (in his eyes Herculean effort) was recognized and acknowledged. I view this the same way

I too am hoping for some meet ups. I'll be traveling to Detroit solo and was okay with that until I thought about walking from the parking lot! I think I have some sort of parking deal as I bought VIP but haven't researched that far yet. I had company for a few of the other shows but Detroit is where I got the better seat -- trade-offs suck There are several of us going - I am driving in, meeting up with Sandysva and ljsmack - We can coordinate through members only Detroit thread. It will be okay....Sandysva and I are sharing hotel that night - Do you know where you are staying - You can PM me if you wish to coordinate.

Weird because Am Ex has been the best seats, when I search. Way better than the fan club! And for Mohegan, it was the only way I was able to get tickets on Monday's presale. Kept getting nothing with the fan club.
Looks like slim pickins on today's presale, though, for every venue!

I realize how old and inapplicable to the QAL tour this is. But touring with Queen (private jet, top notch security, lodgings, etc.) has to be a damn sight easier than the grueling Glam Nation travel Adam managed to survive. Adam will be fine exactly what I was thinking. Adam was a professional theater actor for 10 years prior to idol. He knows all about grueling schedules and working his ass off. Adam did 117 shows during Glam Nation without even a rescheduling of any concerts! He was in charge of everything, did 100% of the singing, with no one else to come out and sing a few songs for a vocal break. And he knows how to take care of his voice! Been doing it since he was 10! He will be fine!

I don't understand the "bigger set" part - more walking around?, and the audience size of 20K wasn't so much news to Adam, 350K WAS of course. That aside, I still feel PR's comment was a poorly veiled put down. I am obviously overly invested and as a result over sensitive... : On another subject: do you think we'll have a nice length Brian guitar solo? and I mean instrumental solo, with no singing? I am looking forward to that almost as much as to hearing Adam singing...
