If you are looking for expensive but great tickets for Chicago. I stumbled on a great set of tickets on Stub Hub Floor 5 (center, back section -- no seats in front of this -- the catwalk is in from of this section. Two listings Row 1| Qty1-9 $399, and Qtyl 1-3 $376. This is a pricing mistake by the ticket owmers IMO. Q3, the StubHub diagram does not show the rest of Floor 2, rows 14-25, which are between the catwalk and Floor 5. Oh then these are not so good! I will edit my original comment. THX. Still not bad for the first row of the section because of the aisle between 2 and 5. Yep, Section 2 is partially missing and has seats 1-14, rows 17 to 24. Those are killer seats!

I realize how old and inapplicable to the QAL tour this is. But touring with Queen (private jet, top notch security, lodgings, etc.) has to be a damn sight easier than the grueling Glam Nation travel Adam managed to survive. Adam will be fine exactly what I was thinking. Adam was a professional theater actor for 10 years prior to idol. He knows all about grueling schedules and working his ass off.

I didn't see it as condescension. Paul always seemed in interviews to me to be a straight forward, down to earth guy. I think it was more that Queen tours are usually bigger and more grueling than most tours so it's natural to wonder if someone who hadn't had that kind of experience was ready for it. In more recent interviews he was just glad to see the machine rolling again. I mean Adam did do a good job at it but it is easy to see why people would question at first. I am a total novice in all things "touring", so my first exposure was the GNT...around 120 dates in about 6 months period, all over the world...many back to back dates...on a (I assume) limited budget with little luxury... granted the set was not long, but with no rest.... I assume Adam will be free of dealing with any/all organizational issues, he will be on stage for about 90 mins with a break... I see the SINGING part to be VERY CHALLENGING though, and so I take Paul's comment as a reflection on Adam's SINGING ability... and my inner mama-bear gets really rattled... What makes a Queen tour bigger and more grueling than other tours aside form the material, which is right up Adam's alley anyway?

I've been so far mostly observing ticket sales at the Forum LA. There it seems Amex presale has a lot of good less pricey tickets on lower level and floor, also first rows of higher level. Fan clubs had for the most part tickets at higher level (200's) just behind Amex rows, only very few in the 100's (back rows of two blocks).
Now they have released high level back half for the FB presale. Also a small amount of floor tickets are marked as FB seats.
I expect today's LN presale to have at least a small amount of floor seats in addition to part of the high level tickets that are unsold at the moment. Difficult to know if they get any lower level seats, how much of those have been sold in Amex presale, will the unsold ones be converted to this LN presale and if some rows from the 100's are reserved for general sale.
The search doesn't give VIPs anymore but part of them should be released for general sale I think. All presale quotas so far have been selling but there are tickets left. The start of the general sale will reveal more of the sales situation in reality ie all grays atm are not sold, there are reservations that we can't see.

can someone/anyone explain to me why people not only track Adam's likes on instrgram but also apparently "watermark" their capture of said likes as if that's their property? That seems really odd to me and honestly kind of scary to track Adam that closely. I think this is only one person who is doing this vs. people. It is a bit annoying IMO because most fans just share info without all this personal branding. following the liking of photos is strange enough but the personal branding of the screen cap, as if it's trademarked materials is bizarre.

I too am hoping for some meet ups. I'll be traveling to Detroit solo and was okay with that until I thought about walking from the parking lot! I think I have some sort of parking deal as I bought VIP but haven't researched that far yet. I had company for a few of the other shows but Detroit is where I got the better seat -- trade-offs suck

I was just checking out concert listings in my city (Calgary) and noticed that Heart is playing the same night as QAL (at a different venue) and Cher is playing the night before. The same or similar situation occurs in several cities (winnipeg, Saskatoon, Edmonton and Vancouver). Both these concerts, Cher and Heart have been on sale for awhile and are almost sold out. I hope this doesn't impact Queen sales as it seems the target audiences would be similar. Concert overload - perhaps not the best planning?

Well, I wasn't gonna do it, but now I've done it!!! I'm going to Chicago, too!! After learning that BOTH Adamrocks and Cassie are going to be there - two Adamtopians I've never met - I pushed myself down the rabbit hole! Oh, how I hope to meet you! I have a great seat, which I'll work overtime to pay for! Now, on to hotels and flights . . . I'll be ready for a party!!!!!

Q3 said: "2. He has limited knowledge of Adam and "miss thang" -- his inner black diva." OMG, I've always wondered where Adam gets his southern twang on occasion. He seems to go there quite often. I had no idea it had been "labeled" so perfectly. Too funny. Adam called it "Miss Thang" in an interview. Perhaps someone knows where it is. I don't know where the interview is, but it is one from England. Can't think of the host's name, but they had shots of the guests in the green room... Adam also sang a bit of WWFM a capella. fun interview
