mmadamimadamm @mmadamimadamm 2m Largest classic rock station in Canada! RT @q107toronto: Queen might record with Adam Lambert. bit.ly/Oqvhu7

Now that we know Queen will embark on a full-fledged North American tour with Adam Lambert this summer, the obvious question is whether guitarist Brian May and drummer Roger Taylor will head into the studio to record some new material with their latest frontman. The duo addressed that possibility — sort of — during a recent interview, during which they admitted that their latest round of vault-purging wouldn’t yield enough tracks for a new full-length album of recordings featuring deceased founding Queen singer Freddie Mercury. With only an EP’s worth of new material on the shelf, May and Taylor were asked if they’d consider putting together a hybrid record featuring new Lambert performances alongside the previously unreleased Mercury songs.“Well, you know, anything is possible,” May shrugged, while Taylor asserted that “It’s logical; it’s a very logical thing to do, so why not?” before admitting, “I don’t know.” May’s final thoughts on the matter: “You never know. You never know.” It isn’t difficult to see why it’d be a tantalizing idea for Mercury’s surviving bandmates, but the prospect of putting new Lambert-sung material up against Mercury’s old demos also seems like an incredibly risky proposition for everyone involved. Better to release the Mercury cuts on their own (or, more likely, as part of a reissue or best-of package) and then record a separate release with Lambert, so the new performances can stand purely on their own merits.Read More: Queen Hint at Recording New Material with Adam Lambert | ultimateclassicrock.com/queen-recording-adam-lambert/?trackback=tsmclip

GLAAD @glaad 15m The Queen has spoken: Marriage equality is the law in England and Wales www.glaad.org/blog/queen-has-spoken-marriage-equality-law-england-and-wales … #LGBT
Thanks to the Queen Elizabeth's signature, England and Wales have passed Marriage Equality. Due to a mandatory 15 day waiting period, first marriages will take place on March 29th. As of March 13th couples previously married in other countries became legal spouses under the law. England and Wales join other countries in passing marriage equality, those include: Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Canada, South Africa, Norway, Sweden, Portugal, Iceland, Argentina, Denmark, France, Brazil, Uruguay, and New Zealand. This is an incredible achievement in the global equality movement. Northern Ireland becomes the only part of United Kingdom with no advancement in the equality movement.

A reseller like Stub Hub. And most of the available tickets there seem to be lawn tickets.

I can only find exchange info not transfer info. The regular VIP tickets are non-transferable. I'm not sure if the Platinum tickets are transferable at all venues. But if you buy non-VIP tickets through TicketMaster, you can use the TicketMaster transfer function to transfer the tickets to someone else. One person in our party bought 3 tickets to the CT concert through Ticketmaster and transferred the other 2 tickets using this method.

Q3 or anyone who knows what is going on at Merriweather - did they say anything about the VIP GA? I thought these would be better tickets than the "Band Presale GA" but I emailed ticketfly and they told me they are GA but you get a t-shirt and poster. I would not have paid $322 for this as opposed to $125 if I understood this was the only difference. I found the ticketfly ticket site very confusing!
