Sandysva uses those earplugs all the time. I've got to get me a pair too. Yes, they are great (thanks again Hoppers!) I picked mine up on Amazon.

Heh heh. Just tried for tix on general sale out of curiosity (already got what I need). For DC the only pavilion seats that show up are on the extreme sides and back. MSG locked up at 10 on the dot.
I tried on Dallas and I still can use the Facebook password for presale and still get good seats.. 108 quite a bit front row. .. tempting.. very very tempting to hit purchase ..

I'm sure I'll buy earplugs this time around. I was unhappy with the volume at GNT. It all begs the question: Why should a person need earplugs to hear music at a concert. Why don't they just turn everything to a lower volume? Really!?

Montreal started selling too. Nice to see 'not many left' on ticketmaster site. NOT nice that they don't have a link to evenko.ca that actually sells the tickets. ETA Oops, looking at the event again I do see two events in the list - and the other has the link to evenko, only I was blind.

Note to folks about earplugs:
BRING THEM. THIS CONCERT WILL BE LOUD !!!!!
Foam earplugs are cheap and disposable. I use E-A-R classics (the bright yellow foam cylinders) in my lab and they are great for reducing noise. BUT, in my experience they're a little *too* effective for a concert. I adore emyotics. But I always bring a few E-A-R's anyways for backups because they're a lot better than nothing and I keep dropping my other ones (and with periodic tinnitus, I don't screw around with my ears).
There are LOTS of varieties of foam earplugs, many you can get at your local drugstore. There are different sizes, different shapes, and a lot of them are pretty cheap. Different people mesh with different types (for instance, I can't wear the rounded ones because they just fall out of my wide, short ear canals; but other people find them extremely comfortable).
JUST BRING SOMETHING.

GA floor gone at DC (or "all in shopping carts" which I assume is the same thing)

I was on TicketMaster before the 10:00 sale start refreshing the screen for Mohegan every 5-10 secs. I was there right when the sale started. Of course, not even 2 tickets together have come up as available. I HATE THIS! and all single tckets are in sections 105 or 119 top rows. BUT - great PLATINUM in section 15 - at $595 and $525 - so, if you can afford it - go there now!
