According to the interactive seat map for the LA show, they have the following seats left (unless they are still holding some back) Floor - 3 general sales, 38 AmEx Lower Lever - 9 general sales, 27 AmEx Upper Lever - still a good number of general sales & AmEx tickets For the CT show, only single tickets come up on searches for best available, nothing under 2 or more seats together. Except for the Platinum seats sold in sets of 2 I just got off the phone with Ticketmaster. Most of the calls they are getting today are for Lana del Rey and for Queen + Adam Lambert. *** For the shows still on presale tickets that you see available are directly linked to the code you use when you log on. So for Auburn Hills... ROCKYOU gets you to Floor D and Floor F. VIP Diamond down all available. (new section just opened) AMEX gets you to 200 section ACCESS gets you 300 section *** For the shows on General Sales -- there are blocks of tickets in the 100 level that are in the VIP Nation Inventory, there are blocks of tickets that are in the REAL VIP allocations to the Venue, Artists, Radio Promotions, etc. There are blocks of tickets that are in reserve and cannot be accessed. The punchline is, even when a show looks like it is sold out, it will not be. There will be more tickets released next week. *** DO NOT DEPEND ON BEING ABLE TO EXCHANGE TICKETS. IT UNFORTUNATELY CONFIRMED THIS THIS HARD WAY!!! Only some venues participate in this -- Auburn Hills and Philadelphia, for example, do not allow exchanges. Ticketmaster will do it ONLY when the venue, promoter and artists agree.

Isn't anyone curious what Adam will wear? Do you think he and Queen will co-ordinate costumes?

We went to see Adam on the Idol tour at the Greensboro Coliseum capacity 23,500 (Wiki says). All but the very upper decks were filled. We were directly across from the stage but as far away as possible. The man in front of me had 4 boys about 10 up. Right before Adam came out, he had the boys but in earplugs and I wondered why until the big A showed on screen. The noise level was unbelievable. I instantly put my fingers in my ears and so did granddaughter. It was deafening! The only thing I can equate it to was the sound my husband's fighter jet made on takeoff. I am so happy to hear about the ear plugs...will get some right away. I expect the sound to be extremely loud. Not just from the music but from the screaming (mine included). I mentioned, as did a few others ...the good plugs are designed to let you listen to music. Musicians wear them when practicing etc. and mine have small cylindrical plugs that are interchangeable depending on the decibel level. The tiered very soft fluted part fits in the ear and the tiny metal exposed plug is away from the inner ear receiving/ helping to perhaps modify the sound. I guess if price is a concern well the over the counter type are designed to keep out sound but not filter it. I too have been given this disposable type on the runway ....when watching my hubby fly in a two seater fighter jet....and they do cut the sound. But.....is that really what you want? Cutting the sound..... For an opening band for sure! For Adam...I want the full voice experience and some songs are great without anything plugged in. (Mind you be careful with fiddling mid concert. My first time wearing them was in Boise. I dropped mine on the floor due to testing driving them .....as to whether I liked them in or out! Sheesh Ass up in the air looking for them during Adam's song break. I was row 3 / at the stage in Boise and was super glad I had them as the music sounded like real music with them in versus just loud noise. And I have to agree, I could barely understand a word Orianthi and Allison sang...with or without the plugs, and they were 10 feet from me. Adam was perfect. ps...that AI tour cheering was astonishing....was happy for Adam!

Isn't anyone curious what Adam will wear? Do you think he and Queen will co-ordinate costumes? I wouldn't mind if he wore the iHeart outfit because THAT was perfection! Unf. But I know he won't repeat it, i'm just hoping for something as classy and tight ( these two adjectives should cancel each other out, but they really don't, in Adam's case:))) He'll change a few times, probably. He'll wear something old, probably. And something stunningly new, which should rise up to Elmo's fame. Something he got in Paris...

Sheesh Ass up in the air looking for them during Adam's song break. I used foam earplugs many moons ago at the Stones (1989) and Aerosmith (1997). If you fiddle with them you can adjust them so that you can hear the vocals really well while cutting down the decibels and associated distortion. At my one GNT show (Puyallup) I used the ETY plugs and they were great. Yeah, probably not the same as sitting in a room listening to Adam sing live, but better than hearing damage, and without them all I hear at a concert is a blast of painful noise!
