Oh my, this thread is making me all verklempt and blubbery today. These concerts are actually going to sell out, probably every one of them. OMG! I will never doubt again. I really didn't think this could happen. Thought they would do well but to sell out this early -- oh my!!
I am so happy for Adam, Brian, Roger, all of them that I can't even..... I never post, just lurk every day since day-one but today I just couldn't not be here to say Eeeeeeeeek! and Sqeeeeee. And all you really cool people here are getting great tickets and are so beautifully willing to share your good fortune with others, helping them, selling your extra tickets at face value, and being so incredibly supportive of everyone. A beautiful thing.
And Q3, you are an absolute marvel!!!!! I've watched you over this week put out all this info, facts and figures, suggestions, helping each person who needs it. I am amazed. You are the beacon of light for all of us in this often confusing, overwhelming process. I am filled with gratitude for this wonderful place and all who participate here. Happy concert going to all of you.

Gee...this chart is based on max capacity. Behind the stage seats etc are not sold, so the gross revenues will be highly over estimated by this concept/data collection process. Once the attendance is announced ...they could adjust their numbers. ....... But did they compute the Queen / Rogers concert incorrectly as well? As an example ....Rhianna sold 13,500 ish in a 19,000 plus arena in Calgary. |

And the thing is, it's not just one time. After they asked Adam to front their band when Queen won the Global Icon Award at the EMAs at Belfast a few years ago, the accolades kept pouring in, and Brian and Roger were just full of awe at Adam's vocal abilities and talents and they kept asking Adam to front them ever since (8 times now, and counting)! The Kiev concert was the most nerve wrecking - 250,000 live audience! The London shows were the best!
I can't wait for the press conference at Madison Square Garden later! I hope they announce many tour dates around US and Canada, hopefully Asia too. Queen+Adam is the best thing to have happened - the collaboration is epic-ness in EPIC proportions!!!

Adam has actually fronted Queen for 8 times already!!! but most people don't know this cos the concerts were all in Europe and London. Concert in Kiev was the most massive! 300k-400k live audience!
They did a show at the iHeardRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas last year and due to popular demand, they will do an official 1 month tour in America/Canada starting June 2014.
Adam is actually very popular in overseas, especially in Asia. He sweeps all international awards in Asia. Psy is huge in Korea and the world and even he uses Adam's song (If I Had You) in his commercial. The Voice China invited Adam as the only international artist to perform on their finale show and that had like 2.3-2.6 billion viewers! When he went to Japan, around 300 fans waited in the airport at 5am in the winter cold just to catch a few seconds glimpse of him in the arrival hall (search youtube for Adam Narita Airport).
When Adam first started out, he actually did odd jobs, worked part time in Starbucks, and lived in a squalid studio apartment that his Dad nicknamed 'The Roach Motel' cos there were literally 300 cockroaches in his apartment. Now, he's a chart topper, a grammy nominee, and he's flying with Queen in private jets staying in 6 star accommodations and earning millions! How cool is that?!!!

Something to be aware of in regard to Philadelphia tickets:
Final cost is much higher than stated cost of the ticket and they play games.
For instance, this morning put me in a wait hold and never got back to me so I tried my cell phone and got some offers. However, I just tried it again and the offers were better than this morning.
Now to the cost: Lower Sect. 111- row 19 - seat 1 was quoted as $125 but final cost is $154.50 using lowest ticket delivery Print-at-Home
Platinum Ticket - Floor Sect. 1 - row 7 - seats 1 &2 (have to buy 2) was quoted as $495 ea but final cost is $1,148.75 using lowest ticket delivery P-a-H
This ticket site is a problem for me. I haven't even been able to get a seating chart that shows the thrust configuration.
Thankfully, a friend purchased extra tickets on 3/10 but she is not happy with tickets but at least we have seats.
