Q3 & Talon,
I love this idea of the QAL concerts countdown ... so to get ready for the concerts.. Atopers get the knowledge and history of Queen a little bit everyday. And maybe play all those greatest hits songs so we all can sing along during the concerts.

Don't many/most artists do a full album's worth of songs and then select a single, rather than having a song they think would be a good single and getting it out there, and then try to rush and finish the album?

Hi guys...Is anyone else having a problem logging into ALF?? I swear that site revels in messing with me! I'm trying to log in (retyping my info like most of us have had to do with firefox since they updated something and eff'd things up) and it tells me that my password has "expired" and asks me to choose a new one....okay...did that. Won't submit. Godammit. oh....eagerly waiting to hear what our "cluemasters" make of adam's last tweet. |

Reading today's thread raised this question in my mind: Would the tour continue to be promoted if it is sold out? For instance MSG is "sold out" - does it mean the NY Metro area promo is not going to happen any more? It makes sense to stop as there is no "payback" to be had, but from my POV- the one where Adam's visibility is the ultimate goal - the sell out becomes a double edge sword... What do you think? There is no down side to a sold out tour IMO. Adam can easily still do press if he wants. The radio stations will have more tickets to give away to "Queen + Adam Lambert sold out show" It makes the tickets more valuable to the stations. The radio stations will be clamoring for an interview with Adam. If he has his solo album to promote all the better. |
