I'm glad you enjoyed the videos, rpeura! I was there, too! And good that adamrocks brought the gifs, too. Adam sang so well that night, I had forgotten that part because it's been a long time since I listened to those videos. Also, we got all the songs! |

Slow day, so here's another poll for March Madness (college basketball playoffs in U.S.). But this is for classical music. Scroll down to vote in the second round (Holst's The Planets is in the running.) I voted in the first round and had to actually look up a few pieces I didn't know on YT. It 's good to keep learning. Has anyone noticed that IIHY has about 100,000 more views than WWFM on VEVO? IIHY has a number of more recent comments, especially by what seems to be younger girls some of whom are just finding out he is gay. "Why does he have to be gay???" As if they were going to date him otherwise or maybe it ruins their fantasies. Also, the barely promoted NCOE is closing in on FYE, leaving BTIKM behind. www.youtube.com/user/AdamLambertVEVORegarding Queen: I read some comments yesterday while watching the various versions of Don't Stop Me Now that were posted. (Yes, I'm a comment reader and I don't let the negative ones bother me.) I had to chuckle a comment of Adam singing the song. It was something on the order of "I'm not a homophobe but he acts and sounds so gay, unlike Freddie who was masculine." Apparently, being gay is okay in certainly cases. Freddie has never looked/acted all that masculine to me. I almost wanted to counter with this: 
LOL.. I have to agree with you. As a young girl back then watching all Queen's videos and watching Freddie I had this question on the back of my mind.. LOL. I love Freddie and couldn't care less who he was even back then. IMO all of his life he couldn't wait to tell the world who he was. At that time he couldn't do it in so many words but he found a way to do it anyway. And he DID it all the time with his acts when he was on stage. He showed it to the world who he was all the time.
