And in the Carolinas, if you order tea, you will most likely get sweet iced tea. You have to ask for unsweet.

Even no matter who is funding this, "They are going for broke!" Doesn't matter if it's Adam or a label. But I know Max would not work with someone w/o a major label & without major guarantees! Guarantee of first single. Guarantee of major support from the label's radio team. Adam knows this is it! If #3 fails, Pop radio will be gone for him. Going for broke" means putting it all on the line. Giving your all. It doesn't gave to have anything to do with $$$! I know this is probably true, but when I see it in writing, it scares the crap outta me!!!! I DON'T WANNA HEAR IT!!!! [sticks head in sand.....] So funny! I'm with you Ms. Hilarious!

How about asking for a carbonated beverage? soda, Pop and If you are from Texas what kind of coke do you want? There are dictionaries on regional English and not just the funny ones (supposedly) that make fun of an accent but explain how it all happened.

So Adam was is in another country and caught up with an old friend. They spent a bit of time and maybe grabbed a meal and drink together. WOW what a strange and totally unusual thing for someone to do... If I'm in (or near) a city where a good friend (even old boyfriend) lives I always make a point of catching up with them - don't others? Very confused why its such a big deal for people. But I guess #carryon Sadly, I too often do NOT catch up, and/or grab a meal and a drink, with old friends, even ones who live right here in the same city as I do! But that's me and I ought to get out more. It might be a FUN deal, if not a big deal, to some people who thought Adam and Sauli were a striking couple to wonder if they might be rekindling the flame (not that it is anyone's business other than theirs, etc., etc.). I don't find that confusing, so #shrug

And not so seriously, I was going to go for the "feeling silly and punny" side of "Go for Baroque". Maybe he was going to put a shot of espresso in his cafe americano.

Coming from the midwest it was pop or soda, but in the Carolinas it's a "drink", which means a mixed drink where we came from. So we were confused that in the Bible belt, we were asked early in the day if we'd like a drink!

I agree that this may be Adam's last shot at pop radio. But I don't think that is something to panic about. If he doesn't go the top 40 radio route, his career will just go in a different direction. He is far too talented to just disappear if this album doesn't produce a hit single. He'll do something else like acting. I'm not going to make myself sick with worry about this.

Oh I did like the "go for Baroque" - a talent for the quick pun seems to run in that family!

So even if #3 is not successful he is opening other doors which will continue to lead to other successes. I also don't believe for a minute that Adam will stop recording. He can do so many genres that if pop doesn't work out, he can go in so many other directions which frankly I hope he will eventually do anyway. So I'm not worried. Our Adam is here to stay.
