I remember that tweet too. Maybe Hawkins forgot he had promised never to allow to cover IBIATCL on Glee. And he probably didn't mind Adam singing the song - he told "it's different when it's Lambo". (And he probably underestimated Glamberts thinking calling himLambo, they wouldn't have noticed he talked about Adam - just my opinium though.  ) HI! If you look at the tweets below you'll see there is now a lot of twitter talk about this. Justin said he'd got it wrong - that he had given permission for the song to be done but he'd forgotten.

Yes, I saw those Justin's tweets saying he'd got it wrong and assumed Glamberts probably talked about that first his tweet a lot on Twitter. I know his answer to that fan about the cover was weird. But at least he said nothing bad about Adam. |

LMAO I wonder how annoying that must be for Adam Levine? Based on what I have seen of Adam Levine it would not bother him and he probably would never notice. His fans also do not seem to care very much. |

I am shocked that people haven't analyzed Sauli's bunny bedtime photo to try to id it to a specific hotel in Stockholm, and then determine the exact height of the photographer based on the mathmatical angles. LOL. Maybe there's hope for us yet....maybe.  OMFg sooooo spot on ! ... pssst I tried |

Outdated attitudes by most! Now Vegas is where current stars, even Pop and Rock, go to make millions! Residency at a venue is huge now! There is a difference between a residency and building an attraction. An rock festival attraction with amusement rides? *** Setting that aside the gap between the PR about residencies and the reality. Vegas casinos are trying really hard to stay relevant and book relevant artists. But....there is a gap there too. In residence in Las Vegas... Britney Spears (on break but coming back) Elton John (touring now but coming back) Taylor Hicks The Jacksons Guns N' Roses (The Joint at the Hard Rock) Olivia Newton-John Tool (mini residency in-Donny and Marie Osmondfill at Hard Rock) Donny and Marie Osmond Boyz II Men Meat Loaf Rod Stewart Tim McGraw and Faith Hill I do not see a lot/any current acts doing residencies in Vegas. But there is a lot of press about it -- mostly associated with Britney Spears. But "every" major tour does stop in Vegas for a concert. Gaga, Katy, JT, etc. Just wanted to add that Bruno Mars is doing a mini residency at the Cosmopolitan in Vegas during 2014. Not quite the same as Brittany but a big current pop star hearing the call...$$$$$$. |
