My financial guy just left and he noticed my twitter open on my computer. He said "Oh Adam Lambert!". This is not a guy i would have thought would recognize Adam so easily. Late 30's, married with children & suited up. This is the pic he saw (in the background of my twitter).   |

Hysterical! Check out Ariel's voice in this SNL skit with Anna Kendrick! How does this tie in with Adam? Well, Anna and Adam are good friends and the "voice" is also a friend of his!  (It is at the very beginning. You won't have to watch the whole video.) youtu.be/iINFBxbT3jM |

OK, this is crazy! When you all were talking about how Adam said, "Great New World" instead of "Big" I was surprised and thought, "Hmmmm, I didn't even notice that!"
But last night I rewatched my DVRed west coast feed and he does say "Great Big World!" So somehow, someone noticed it when it aired and they fixed it! How do they do that?

That's actually a great question to ask (on a slow day), because I think our answers will differ quite a bit. So, I'll start, with A) my most favorite and H) my least favorite A) 3 B) 5 C) 6 D) 4 E) 1 F) 8 G) 2 H) 7 =========================== Slightly OT topic: I've been listening to this David Bowie interview from 2002. He talks, among others, about making commercial music or not, artistic integrity and later about the American radio landscape (which in 2002 was more ghastly than it is now, imo). Also talks about Let's Dance. Therefore has a few cross points with what might be interesting to a few others here, so I'll post it. Scroll, if only interested in Adam news. I have a DVR of the East Coast feed and Adam says "Great Big World". So they must have push a new file out and replaced the DVRs. I did not know they could do that! |
