I just tried twice and on the second one it said "We've already counted your vote". Maybe once per day, I'm not sure. yes, looks like one per day. I voted yesterday and tried now - it went through from the same PC with the same browser as yesterday.Same here.

I think Tyler asked a really good question in the Rolling Stone article....
"It makes me wonder, 'Are we ready for an actual gay pop star and not just the safe straight guy saying it's OK?'
I hope that the answer to the question is "YES" American is ready for an "actual gay pop star" and that star is Adam Lambert.
I really feel like the planets are aligned for Adam right now. All we need is a great album and a killer single. With the Queen + Adam Lambert tour approaching sellout status. With the iHR Music Festival showcase. With 7 weeks of focused work on his album with Max Martin and the team Max and Adam put together. + Glee expanding his fanbase. + he will be back on Idol. + + + whatever DMG has put together.
Maybe that question is why Adam tweeted?

Media writers screw up quotes all the time. Sometimes accidentally, sometimes in trying to compress a longer interview into shorter sound bites, sometimes to manipulate what is said, and sometimes to be malicious or provocative. We have multiple examples of this just from the Queen tour interviews. Having seen the videos, and then read the articles, we know the quotes are incomplete and distorted.
That's life. I try to take written article quotes with not a grain of salt but a shaker full. Good, tho', to see that the media still thinks Adam's name is great click bait. It insures that we will continue to get reports on him, fully accurate or not. His name continues to be out there. And a vast majority of mentions these days are positive.

The pace of posting online articles + the low pay for writers + the lack of editorial review is compounding matters. I have a bag with lumps of salt ready for occasions like this! I think this was a positive reference to Adam albeit somewhat incomprehensible -- I was actually puzzled by the Adam Fan comments on the article.

Regarding Tyler from Neon Trees, I was upset a bit at first, feeling he should have mentioned Adam in RS, but I forgive him. Adam has maybe not been in the public eye as much (with his music anyway) for a year or two, but that is changing. I think (hope) that Out was edited poorly and Tyler said a bit more about Adam. I did not think Tyler was a particularly impressive front man at NNN but I do enjoy their music. In fact, they have a new song that I've heard a few times on Sirius Hits 1 "Hitbound" so maybe they will have another hit soon if it catches on, I'm interested to see.
Thanks to everyone here for your congratulations and thoughts for my mom, I so appreciate and feel like I have a "family" here even though I don't post often. I found it odd that the radio station did not post anywhere (Facebook, twitter, their website) that the contest ended and they have a winner. A "promotions assistant" called me (when I was quite distracted). She also emailed a follow up- the note does say it is a pair of front row tickets. Does not say front row of what section, or anything else. They really don't want to mail the tickets to me and want me to come pick them up. If they mail, I have to sign a waiver as they have had some thefts of mail I guess. It's an hour or more drive for me so thinking about that.
I have more important things to worry about, my mom is having tests today to find out the extent of what is most likely a blood cancer diagnosis. Thanks for all your concern and thoughts for us, so appreciated.

I agree! Just... as Adam's fan I want the best for him, including people getting him the credit for everything he did especially for LGBT comunity. I think he deserves it. We all want that. I prefer to take the long view here and I do think that in the future the history of the LGBTQ struggles will treat him very well. Also, I think Adam has moved beyond our having to worry over every little mention or lack of same. He's well on his way to successfully establishing his brand and I no longer feel as if I need to sweat the small stuff, so to speak.
