[snicker]
Kidnap a herd of My Pretty Ponies and go to town! (Actually, some of the color combos on those are really very cool)

Wonder if his hair is really just white now and he can Manic Panic other colors (like the green) temporarily on top.... My thoughts exactly. I think the green was just a temporary rinse on top of this 'white'. We need Mszue to check in - she's the expert!

A bit OTT but I know people here often have issues with Security at venues... here's a story to let you know what the other side looks like.
Artist was playing venue that my other half runs security for last night. Should have been a low key show and wasn't sold out so management hadn't put a big security detail on. Venue rules (because of age and style of theatre) are no people in the aisles or up to the stage and no standing in front first 4 rows of balcony (all patron safety issues). Artist's management know this when they book the venue.
In this instance the artist basically told the audience to come up to the stage and dance in the aisles and when security tried to get people back to their seats the artist had a spotlight put on the head security person and stopped the show to tell him to leave them alone basically removing any authority security had for the venue and creating a very dangerous situation where if security had continued to enforce things there would have been a riot. Once the artist moved to slower music luckily people sat down and things calmed down but the rest of the show was tense for everyone because effectively the artist had told the audience to ignore what security told them to do - and guess who they will listen to.
So next time Adam calls out a security person to "leave people alone" have a thought for the guys who are just doing what they have been told to do (either by venue or management). They aren't trying to spoil your show they are trying to keep things safe and under control because it can turn on a dime in even the most low key shows.

TALON'S TAKE: It's A Hard LifeOFFICIALLY RELEASED LIVE VERSION: LIVE IN RIO - 1985- Probably the best live version of the song! PERSONAL NOTES: - I LOVE this song. I always have. My favorite track from The Works and one of my favorite 80s Queen songs and hell one of my fav Queen songs period. It stems from that same stem of Play The Game and Somebody To Love - a big piano power ballad - beautiful! CHANCES: It's A Hard Life......15% - I'd give it a 15% if only because they have played it within the last 5 years. Although I would think that if they were to have done it it would have been done in London as it was a Greatest Hit in the UK, NOT in America. It DOES fit Adam well though with it's theatricality and big vocals. Personally I'd LOVE to see it played. I so agree with you about this song! I am quoting this for anyone who does not know this song, and most American's do not know it. It might be my favorite Freddie song. And there is nothing in the Queen catalog that could be better for Adam. IF YOU DID NOT PLAY THIS SONG, PLAY IT NOW. TRUST ME YOU WILL THANK ME LATER!!
*** Adam seems to like the Queen non-hits. And we know the setlist will include some surprises that they want to perform, not just big hits. For example the iHR setlist. This was a concert with mostly contemporary hits being played and they did two unexpected songs - WWTLF and Dragon Attack. And there had some big, famous hits they did not perform. Bohemian Rhapsody UK #1, US #9 Another One Bites the Dust UK #7 US #1 [ the top selling Queen single in the US] Crazy Little Thing Called Love UK #2, US #1 Who Wants to Live Forever UK #24, not a single in the USSomebody to Love UK #2, US #13 Fat Bottomed Girls [with "Bicycle Race"] UK #11, US #24 Dragon Attack B-side of ABTD in the UK, not a single in the USWe Will Rock You/We Are the Champions UK #2, US #3 And they chose not to do..."Killer Queen"/"Flick of the Wrist" UK #2 US #12 "Radio Ga Ga" US #14 but much more famous than the chart position indicates "The Show Must Go On" US #2 "You're My Best Friend" US #9 "Under Pressure" US #22 the low chart position only reflects bad radio promo, the most famous baseline in popular music And, of course, I doubt that we will ever see Brian and Roger perform "Body Language" which was US #11. ** Queen is an album era band and Roger and Brian know that some of the most popular Queen tracks were never singles but are "concert hits". I put the odds on this one at 15% but would not be surprised it this song appeared on the setlist. And it would be brilliant! I think Adam fans would go insane!!! And the rest of the audience would go moderately crazy.

Another Lambert/Levine blunder. This time by current Idol contestant CJ when asked which past idol gave him good advice this season....first he talks about Chris Daughtry and then..... at around the 2:30 minute mark..... well you know.
