Thank you, Q3. If Adam continues using FB I am sure I'll end up understanding what's going on there...I've been resisting the beast for many years now.... Well I have studiously only used Facebook for work -- and avoided it for my personal life. Thankfully, I can just do Adam's page cause I am not falling into that rabbithole!

Great story but I have to ask a question. Kind of personal, so if you choose to not answer, I am fine with that! How is it that the Mom (you) is so much more opened minded than the son?! I just got back on the thread. Well to answer your question...my older son, not the one coming with me to see QueenAL concert Chicago, likes a lot of genres of music...some I introduced him to like James Brown, Motown, rock, and some jazz. But he was into the more hard rock Nine Inch Nails kind of stuff and he doesn't like Queen. WTF....How did I have a son who doesn't appreciate the genius of QUEEN?!!!!!! He is all about the macho rock guy...blah, blah, blah...stuff!! He admits that Adam is talented but the AMA's just turned him off and he won't even listen to any of his music. Whatever...his loss. We just can't have a discuss anymore about Adam because I don't take any of his BS any longer! He did say he was glad that I was so interested in and enjoyed Adam so much and that he makes me happy. And my son is happy I'm going to Chicago. Now my younger son is very excited to see Adam and Queen in Chicago! But this is the son who, also, loves country music. I was never into country music so...I have no idea where he heard country music because I sure never played it around the house when he was growing up! Everybody's taste is different. I'm just glad music is a big part of the boy's lives whatever they're listening pleasure!

Surley people dont think one performance defines a singers vocal abilities, or as an artist. Its like an actor and a character, some people familirize with them through their character, surley, they realize its acting and they most likely nothing like their characters in real life. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, but when you refuse to listin to a singer or an artist, because of one performance, a performance that was taken out of context i might add. Even tho they may have performed a thousand times, before or and after that and none of those performances had any similarity, sorry thats just ignorance. People just choose to have a neptic, selective state of thinking, people just choose to beleive something an singer or actor does in mainstream defines them, and is their signature and story. Alot has happened since 2009, Amas gave Adam Lambert international attention, if he just did a ballad, compared to Gaga smashing whiskey bottles, Adam would of got lost in the headlines as just that nice kid from idol. It gv him the freedom to be Adam Lambert, it also created a dechatomny which was obviousley explored in Glee. Anyway Lmd should change all that, word over here is that its being released to Nz radio end of April, Wmu went #1 Nz Top 40 over here, HB cracked Top Ten, but i think Lmd has better shot of getting Avicii second #1 in NZ, beleive it or not Adam Lambert is more well known in Nz then Avicii, Glee has also reintroduced Adam to the Nz public.
