OT, but worth a read. This article is about what it takes for actors to achieve the sculpted, six-pack look so popular today: Inside Hollywood's Muscle Factory
Brief summary: 3 to 4 percent body fat, a carved six-pack and sculpted musculature. Because that combination does not normally occur in nature, the answer involves near-starvation coupled with weight trainers and injections of testosterone and human growth hormone. |

That is a video, just uploaded to telly.com and taken from the stream I believe (or from tv). I'll quote part of my post from yesterday's thread: So they do a pro stream for the whole concert but the concerts shown here on TV have been a little bit shorter. Depending on the artist of course, they might've been a 90 min's broadcasts and if the artist performed longer some extra cuts were made to fit the same time slot. YTs will probably be taken down as they sell the concert footage to TV companies. As for the plan, I think US tour April to May (June) was a good one to promo the music and the latest single too. Too bad that the April dates had to be cancelled due to his surgery. How else would you refer to a guy who gives you the vapors coupled with a rapid heart-rate increase and a case of the nervous sweats? Speaking of which, anyone else get those symptoms? We couldn’t find “Glambertitis” anywhere on WebMD… Anyway, what we’re trying to say is that the adjective completely works for us. Though, we can think of other neon-lit words Adam and his green hair — er, white hair — could stand under, like “Glamorous,” “C’est Glamour,” or “MARRY ME RIGHT NOW SO WE CAN LIVE HAPPILY EVER AFTER AND EAT PIZZA FOR BREAKFAST IN BED AND STUFF PLZ.” What? Some of my gay friends live this way -- particularly my friends in West LA -- the problems start to accumulate as they age -- including that odd excess thickening the bones of the jaw and issues with finger and toe joints. Which is related to using steroids. Adam has no sign of doing any of this. But that snake/bare chest cover photo of Neil Patrick Harris is not natural looking to me. I was surprised by NPH. |
