OT, but worth a read. This article is about what it takes for actors to achieve the sculpted, six-pack look so popular today: Inside Hollywood's Muscle Factory
Brief summary: 3 to 4 percent body fat, a carved six-pack and sculpted musculature. Because that combination does not normally occur in nature, the answer involves near-starvation coupled with weight trainers and injections of testosterone and human growth hormone. "C'Mon!" Kidding because it's not what he says but how he says it! I had it as my text alert for a while, but it was too startling so I had to switch! Now I have "take out your phone baby, baby" which my grandson thinks is the coolest thing ever! I downloaded it and did not put it on my phone. Not sure I am ready for Adam to surprise me on my phone yet. Not sure what I will do when he magically appears for my birthday! He already rendered me speechless once -- total speechless. A first in the history of the universe. Usually I just babble.Q3, I guarantee you Adam will magically appear on my birthday - with Queen on stage in Atlantic City. :-) |

Even more so, and we aren’t sure how to put this in a nice way, because Caleb isn’t a traditionally ‘hot’ rock guy like David Cook, Adam Lambert, or Chris Daughtry. Although we certainly think, like Jennifer Lopez said, that Caleb can be quite sexy on stage when he gets into ‘rock viking’ mode.  |

Darn it, my hubby made it for me with some app called ringtones. It lets you isolate any sound from a song then sync it in iTunes.
