Adam probably feels very comfortable at a private function -- he's used to small audiences from all the radio promo's and the Upright. Quick cash for everyone too!

It looks like there is no stage. Just carpeting on the floor. Sorta seems like a hotel banquet room. ????? This event is in a home and is an "intimate" party. A stage would not seem to be very appropriate in this setting. I rarely am jealous of people with ungodly amounts of money but right now.... I am thinking it would be nice to be an oil baron. Wish you had a little Shackelford shale??? Some of these are San Antonio area kids. |

Gelly said the drummer is the drum tech Adam has had since GN!  Is that the first time he has been the drummer? Didn't he also play at the Sweet 16 party? |

But, the radio promos, tho small, were filled with ardent Glamberts hanging on his every note. Upright, not so much so, but that was "before". And I think the audiences there CAME for the show. It makes for a very different vibe. We know how Adam needs to interact and feed off the energy coming from the audience. If this is a party of non-fans who are not there for the music, it can be difficult for any artist to capture them and get that feedback loop going. Yes, Adam is more than capable of winning over a tough crowd. Just saying that it isn't easy, and sometimes isn't very fun. |

But....( edit....yah my s*&@^#r jumped in with the answer) Tommy's friend played the sweet 16 gig. Is the tech guy the one that was goofing with Tommy and Ashley in the exercise room? Lot of learning for the tech guy.... I wonder if he ever practiced to be a back up in case of an emergency if he was with Adam and the band for so long? Would that be usual or not? |
