When it's possible to buy it in germany i will buy it too, cuz i love the original albums. I think it's the last chance for RCA to earn money with Adams name and music cuz i think A3 will be the best album ever!! Max Martin is a great producer!! |

I'm not certain I agree with that statement. Their 2005 European tour was fairly comparable in terms of arena size so therefore stage I believe. Brian and Roger talk big...but I wouldn't be getting too hyped up out of the realm of possibilities....Just a cautionary thought or two. I may be wrong...but Brian and Roger always talk about the bigness of a Queen production...and they have always lumped QPR in with those statements. NOW as different to the 2012 Hammersmith shows...yes they will be bigger than that. But the QPR stops are similar in function. First, if it was just Brian and Roger who said the set was big and amazing, I would be right with you. But Adam said it. And Adam seemed impressed and a bit awed and said it was big. *** I think what they tried to do with the Q+PR show was different -- they staged a rock concert with a supergroup of classic rock guys. *** What I think is "new" is the technology of set designs and effects which have advanced a lot. New kinds of computer controllers, lighting systems, etc. A lot of what is in use is new since 2008. And Queen (Brian and Roger now) have always embraced new technology -- while incorporating traditional approaches. We will see something new -- and big -- if only in the pryo and lighting systems. Just in pryo there have been huge advances. No, I am not expecting to see flying Adam....but the Lady Gaga ArtRave set is a wonder. It converts into all kinds of things and she has a flying dress. There are new control systems that can just do more. All I know is that they have been working on this production since around November 2013. So I expect more than raw metal risers and a stock truss. And we know the set has a catwalk with a thrust! Adam has said repeatedly he wants to fly on stage. If he can figure out a song to fly I fully expect it to happen. I can see the negotiation with Brian including the phrase, "Tour with us us, we'll let you FLY". Adam agreeing before any other details were worked out. LOL |

Whatever time Queen has set aside for the rehearsals, Adam has to start at least a few weeks earlier on his own, just to cram those lyrics into his head and obviously, also to prepare each of the songs for himself - at least roughly. If this is a two hour show and quite a few songs are still open, he may have almost 3 hours of material to prepare. You can learn the lyrics for one song on the fly, but not that much stuff. That takes some time.
So, Adam may well be working on that already now, slowly getting ready. Somehow, in my mind, I see him working on those lyrics/songs for a while and then rewarding himself with a shopping spree, lol.
His days are full, between this prep for QAL, music files, photos, liner notes, etc being shot around the globe regarding A3, maybe some new label related stuff we don't know about, press picking up, whatever this i-heart thing turns out to be. And he just came back from two business trips to PA and Montana and seemingly found out belated that there will be a GH album out. Shoshanna said that she was not informed, she did not state whether Adam knew, but I believe that if he would have known, he would have told her. So, he found out, just like we did? Via twitter? (just guessing here)
He is one busy man. No rest for the weary.
