Might they be using iheart as a platform? Celebrating QAL's triumphant performance at the iheartfestival and then promoting the summer tour? Just a thought. I haven't heard anything about Brian or Roger being there through any sources but just throwing it out there. I know Brian and Roger don't have anything scheduled until Brian doing Wildlife Rocks on May 5th. *Shrug* and Q3 as for QPR being just a classic rock setup - you may be right. I just haven't seen anything in interviews with B or R that are "out of the ordinary" for this tour as they have said on previous tours....And yes Adam has said something...BUT any big Queen-sized setup would be bigger than his GNT setup for example so it maybe. Again I'm not saying you're wrong at all....I just don't want you to be disappointed either! As for flying? Well on the Magic Tour, Freddie wanted to ride a giant penis from one end of Wembley Stadium to another as it flew into a big mustachioed mouth but for some reason, the other 3 wouldn't go for it.....*shrug*

Cecy @cecycat1 30m APRIL 30TH IN ADAM HISTORY: 2009 - Top 4 Behind the Scenes: Funniest Gifts... fb.me/2T2NaHMfh
For newer members... click on the facebook link and then the "confessional" at the bottom of the picture. During AI8 they did these every week and they were only available on Iphones, I think. Sound quality is bad, but Adam was so good. Don't know where to find the other ones... Loved the confessionals. Another link on the site is "Out of The Blue". I love these pictures and the article. Adam stood out in a crowd of people before he was famous. Personal Note: 2 years ago while visiting my Mom my daughter asked for some old magazines for a school project. While looking I found this Star Magazine with Adam on the cover. It made me ecstatically happy to add a rare early Adam to my collection.

Adam was interviewed alone. I think this may not be related to QAL. I think this is a kick-off of Adam promoting A3 and expect him to do the Red Carpet and say something about the album. Also, I think he is an award presenter, not a performer. He is seated in row 2 (that is where they usually seat presenters). There is no way to see the two celebs on either side of him. ** When Adam is on stage -- he could just be there with no mike -- I am never disappointed.

lol, Talon, just read your post above. I actually also think that Adam should bin any 'flight' plans until his own tour. In the end, it is a rock concert, and a Queen concert, and not all ideas that develop over in the world of pop shows must be instantly copied. I think, having a different front man, and a very modern light - laser - pyro show, is all the change that is needed. Focus on the music. Just my opinion, we'll see what they are going to do, not like they are going to listen to me. ========== In other notes: As a 5 year fan of Adam, I do consider myself an old-timer when it comes to Adam and so it is astounding when I come across a website I have never visited, especially a really great one. Is it just me? Is everyone else familiar with www.adamlambertglamhistory.comThe website has a wonderful calendar, where you can follow along month by month, what exactly has happened in 2009 and beyond. Great overview and lots of links below. Another archive besides ours here at Atop, but differently organized, and therefore especially suited for any timeline overview. Here, for example is the 2012 timeline, just as an example. You can click on a specific month, to get the detail (except January, where the link seems to be broken for some reason). Here is the 2012 overview linkMaybe, I am the only one, who has never seen this, in which case, just ignore me, sometimes I am just slow. But, I had never seen this. Amazing amount of work and love. This fandom is so amazing!

"Wings of Butterflies! Just sayin! We need an Adam flying smiley now! Adam would look fabulous dressed as a butterfly. The Show Must Go On would be a difficult song to sing and fly. Can the Adam flying smiley have purple wings?

I found the transcript from the MSG Press Conference...
Have you started thinking about what the stage production of this tour is going to look like?
May: Oh yeah. We came up with an interesting idea, which I’m not going to divulge, but it’s a very interesting set design.
Lambert: It’s amazing!
May: It’s big. And I think people will like it. Our motto is “Leave them wanting more.” But yeah, it’ll be cool. We don’t do this every day.
***
In Rolling Stone, Brian said, "We have a very interesting set design. It's big and daring. We're gonna do it to the max."
***
I know that Brian and Roger tend to exaggerate a bit but that seemed pretty much like this was not something they had done before.
