I wonder what kind of sound quality sitting on stage would mean.... I've done this a number of times for classical, chamber type music = no amplification = was OK; and only once for jazz, where I was right behind the drummer. I have to say it was very interesting to watch the band from behind - where you can see towels, water bottles, extra shoes, etc., but all I could hear was the drumming pretty much... So, I am not sure how great this would be, putting aside the climbing, etc. of course...  well the backstage tour is probably worth it though... |
