So I bought a calendar of course but I should never use my Iphone to make purchases. The font is too small for these old eyes and I bought a second calendar by accident. I thought the first order didn't go through. geesh. Anyway I will just give one to my mom. LOL. The shipping cost was more than the calendar. The price you pay for being a glambert living in Canada. lol. And I paid that cost twice because of the accidental purchase. I mean if I had wanted two I would have ordered them together for one shipping cost. Live and learn. Or maybe just Live. lol.  |

I would love to order a calendar but so far I've never managed to sign in to the AL fanclub!  I already tried to register several times a few months ago (because of possible concerts in the future!) and I tried it again in the last hour but unfortunately it didn't work!  I click on "register", then type in my email-address and a password, confirm it, type in my birth date and after clicking on the "register"-button to confirm everything, the page automatically jumps to the "log-in"-function. When I try to log-in then with my email-address and my password, it always says "Unauthorized: Invalid email/password combination". I already tried different passwords and I always used passwords that were longer than 8 characters, just as they demand it, but none of them worked so far. So I never got any further than to this page! And when I try to order a calendar and put it in my shopping cart and then click on "Checkout", the page jumps back to the homepage of the AL-fanclub (not even to the page of the store!). It was the same with the membership-package a few months ago, I could unfortunately never sign-in/pay for that. The funny thing is that I got an information email about some problems they had and solved from ground-control on the 6th of May (I think I read here that some of you got the same email, too!), so it seems that somehow a part of the registration must have been successful because they obviously already have my email-address saved! ??? Did/does anyone of you have the same problems and can give me some advice what I do wrong or what I can do, so that I can finally register and buy a membership and a calendar?  Thanks in advance!  |

What browser are you using? You might try a different one. Recently, I have not been able to sign into ALFC using FireFox, but Chrome works just fine. |
