I figured out Queen!
Next year is the 30th Anniversary of Rock in Rio. For the 30th Anniversary they are opening the mega Rock in Rio complex in Vegas with Rock in Rio USA. 30 years ago Queen headlined the first Rock in Rio.
In 2015 Queen (+ Adam Lambert) will be returning to Rock in Rio. They will announce it next week. They will be on Idol finale to promote it.

GANGSTA MUZIK AWARDS MUTHAFUKAS !!!On November 22, Lambert performed "For Yo crazy-ass Entertainment" all up in tha Gangsta Music Awardz of 2009. Da controversial performance, which was tha nightz finale, flossed Lambert humpin' a thug basehead n' grabbin tha crotch of another.[61] In response, tha Parents Televizzle Council, a cold-ass lil conservatizzle decency group, urged viewers ta diss ta tha FCC,[62] though tha performizzle aired "outside tha FCCz usual 6am-10pm time frame prohibitin tha broadcast of indecent material".[63] ABC received bout 1,500 telephoned disses n' shut down Lambertz November 25 performizzle on Dope Mornin Tha Ghetto. Instead, CBS invited his ass ta big-ass up on Da Early Show, on tha same date.[64] Discussin tha incident up in a Rollin Stone rap battle, Lambert stated: "Female muthafuckas done been bustin dis fo' years"pushin tha envelope bout sexuality"and tha minute a playa do it, dem hoes freaks out. We up in 2009"itz time ta take risks, be a lil mo' brave, time ta open peoplez eyes n' if it offendz them, then maybe I aint fo' em. My fuckin goal was not ta piss playas off, dat shiznit was ta promote freedom of expression n' artistic freedom."

Hi REDPANDA, that was me who wrote that. I probably wasn't clear. I was referring to kids meanly calling people "retards," not to professional discussion of the "mentally retarded/disabled."

THIS. I have such a huge admiration for Adam's grit. He's tough, he's gracious, he's appropriately humble but incredibly confident. I really want to support folks like Adam, who has honed his natural talent into an amazingly skilled instrument, and who is a genuinely good guy. There are some singers who have talent, but are lazy and just natural ... jerks ... or suffering from horrible arrogance ... and I'm glad to give them a pass. There have been times when I wasn't much pleased with Adam's demeanor and words toward and about people/things. I think he has had quite a bit of learning, which he did quickly once release from the Idol bubble, but yet still didn't sit right with some folks, including me, at the times. We have a whole body of astuteness from Adam however that glosses over those times he didn't get it right the first time out of the blocks. The first instance for me was the AMAs. I didn't like his explanations/answers, I bought the FYE album and wouldn't play it for weeks. Finally about 2 months later and a gazillion interviews I finally heard the perspective I wanted to hear from him and then he still only said it one time. He's had some tweets that came over the wrong way towards women, called fans sweaty and entitled. He's taken umbrage when other celebrities have made a comment (maybe about gays? can't remember) and then told us to lighten up and not be so PC when he has said something about another group. All in all, Adam is not perfect, and I hope doesn't expect others to be perfect either, especially not youngsters still gagged behind the Idol wall. Jablea - you make a good point here, about the learning curve for less experienced performers. And I should be clear that my remarks were not targeted at Caleb ... I don't watch AI, and pretty much all I know about that I learned here. My remarks were more general - I look out across the several musical genres that I follow, and see some really talented performers who, while I love their work, just can't support because of their really awful behavior. One of the things that I admire about Adam is that I think he has been "teachable" ... I agree that he has made some mistakes, and in most cases, he's just owned those outright and talked about how he would handle that kind of situation differently going forward. For me personally, that's a character trait that I really respect. I work in higher education, and I am reminded every day the importance of teaching our students that a "failure" or "mistake" shouldn't be "fatal." It should be a chance to learn something and make amends where you can and do it better next time. :-)
