I would call them in advance and no matter what anyone tells you bring the credit card they were purchased with you, that should help.

I also have a different last name than my husband and he made me a mini-copy of our marriage license which I keep in my wallet. I have needed it a few times.

I haven't. I called shortly after buying the tickets and the rep indicated that they wouldn't be mailed until later. He stated that they were mailing tickets for other concerts coming up sooner so it probably would be some time in June. He indicated that I could change my delivery method to "print at home." I think I'm going to call back and do that.
