I am ridiculously, deliriously happy that Adam has bought a house. And I am not overly invested/obsessed. Yeah! Right!
The timing of the purchase at first seemed odd, but then I figured he would have extensive remodeling and decorating done, which Mom could oversee while he is off earning money to pay for the place.
I was also a bit surprised that there was no pool. But, again, upon reflection it makes sense. Adam has said he is not much of a swimmer in an ocean or pool. If you are not going to use the pool regularly, it is a huge money pit in terms of upkeep. The tropical waterfall is more his style, I think.
Would Adam have paid for the house in full, or would he have a mortgage? Just curious how much capital he has sunk into it. How much of his Queenbert tour profits this year funnel directly into the house?
