Graciejane...thanks for the information on Nancy Sinatra. Growing up and living in Hollywood she must have some amazing stories to tell! Not to mention about her dad.

not popular here I guess...BUT I wouldn't mind seeing a Def Lep/Kiss double bill. Def Lep have some great songs. Kiss puts on a great performance. I could think of a far worse gig to go to... Talon, I think this is less about Def Leppard or about music for that matter, and more about the KISS part of that double bill. Gene Simmons has been at times of quite different minds about Adam, and given that he always enters any room mouth first, we got to hear about. Now he has recently defended Adam against one of his own over-eager fans, so its a mixed bag, but based on earlier statements, there surely is a certain bad-guy storyline built up, when talking about Gene. Hopefully most people see this more as a playful feud, not something serious. Showing Gene Simmons up, is always going to be greeted with a bit of good old Schadenfreude in the Adam fandom. At some point ( right around the RS cover), Gene said, that Adam's career was over. Now, look who is selling the tickets and who is not. That is all. Just a little silly game. But one, where Adam is on the ascent, and so we are enjoying it.

Since it is a slow day and I am always wondering about random, unimportant things.... Any guesses as to why Adam has seemingly abandoned his nose ring? Perhaps decided he didn't like the look after all. Maybe it was annoying and physically bothered him. Could have got negative feedback from friends/family. (although this seems unlikely as he does what he likes and seems to not care about opinions concerning those types of things) It didn't fit what he envisioned as his 'look' for the Queen tour. Doubtful, but maybe it somehow hampered his breathing/singing. Naw...it was too small to be a hindrance. I give up...guess we will never know.... unless some interviewer ever asks him about it. Sorry for the silly intrusion...carry on!

But one, where Adam is on the ascent, and so we are enjoying it. All of that, yeah. But I never enjoyed the KISS persona/presentation style. I thought the costumes and make-up were childish, and the big red tongue constantly sticking out gross. It might have been tolerable if they were great musicians/singers live. But, when I see them faking their own playing, and the singing they actually do live sounds BAD, there is nothing about the group I would enjoy seeing live. Gene Simmons' opinions about Adam and much else just made him more disgusting to me.

Andrew Parker @darth_Vivid · 14m 7373672. The exact number of people who saw @wwrylondon according to @drbrianmay last night. Wow!
Andrew Parker @darth_Vivid Adam Lambert was sat 4 rows in front of me last night at WWRY. A lady who was rather the worse for wear fell over straight into his lap!
Andrew Parker @darth_Vivid Well, into his PA first & then him. She was removed by an usher & then came runnign back, chased by said usher!

Sorry for the silly intrusion...carry on! How about difficult to keep clean? Prone to infection? I would think a singer of Adam's caliber would not want any foreign object anywhere in his respiratory system that could cause infection which could migrate to the lungs or the vocal cords. In other words, a stupid fashion choice. Sorry, Adam. But I am glad to see the ring gone.
