Yes...yes, it does! Every time I think Adam can't surpass himself, he proves me wrong. (Not too shabby on guitar, either, Dr. May!) I felt Adam was a little stiff tonight, but I'm sure he'll be looser after the first few dates.
Just a small taste of the goodies ahead. I am so happy for Adam and Brian and Roger -- clearly they're having the time of their lives -- and for everyone who's going to get to experience the magnificence live and in person.
Sadly, I won't be among you. My already-disabled sister was nearly killed in a car accident last February and her insurance company left her with a big stack of medical bills she couldn't pay. After helping her wipe them out, there isn't enough left in my savings to cover tour tickets and travel.
So everyone, have fun at the shows, connect up with each other, and party and scream and cheer a little bit louder on my behalf. I'll be with you all in spirit. (And if anyone would be willing to send me a QAL shirt, I'll gladly reimburse you.)

How delicious was that? So lucky, the stream worked for me. And yes, can we please get AFL some decent ear thingamagigs? He said he couldn't hear a fucking thing - how does he manage to sing like that, cassie? Alien from the Planet Fierce. seriously, folks. That is THE BEST I have ever heard Adam live. Amazing vocals. A master craftsman and artist. |
