I'm not watching any shows until after mine in July. It's gonna be hard but I don't think I will regret this decision. I want to experience it new for the first time. Is anyone else doing this or is it just me? ???

First of all, thank you for the birthday cake, Reihmer, and birthday wishes from Atopers. I really appreciate how this site includes all of us, including us lurkers.
BTW - that pic of long-legged Adam in those tight bell-bottoms was sure a nice birthday surprise to wake up to!
And now -
Kick off day for QAL!! I'm really happy for those of you who are going - please post recaps! And as for Adam, Brian, Roger, Spike, Neil, and Rufus - "break a leg"!

mys*&@^#r and sugaree - thank you for the help, I still don't understand the difference... I'll wear some gold accessories, it'll do! I just went to Brian's blog ( which is wonderful and a must read! brianmay.com/brian/brianssb/brianssbjun14a.html#15 ) and came across some pictures I didn't remember seeing. This one is of Adam from the June 17th entry: "... For Adam (and his backing band!). We're ready. 26 minutes to blast off. We're feeling ... serious !"

Very excited while getting ready to head for Chicago (about a 3 hour drive for me). Too late to shop for the colors Adam twitted. Anyway, it's too hot to wear leather; Illinois is supposed to hit 90 today, and the humidity is already unbearable. Hope UC has the ac cranked to the max.
Be careful out there as I was told there's major construction going on around United Center.
