OK, we are four days into the tour and I am ready to ditch my Job if they don't come to Europe later on (If I quit, I get 5 weeks off or the equivalent in EUR) I WANT A EUROPEAN FINISH!!!! No matter where, as long as I can afford airfare ....
Will all these positive reactions from audiences and media, I have a feeling the tour will end up in London. They have to. I'm still dreaming they add more days in the US, such as FLORIDA... come on Brian & Roger!

Ok so here is a quandary for people. Tour ends in Brisbane at end of August (ok so probably not but right now it does)... There is an A3 album out there somewhere that needs to be released and promoted. Which would you prefer - more QAL dates or A3 this year? |

Bohemian Rhapsody - Queen & Adam Lambert - Winnipeg - June 21 2014 adamfan4ever339 What in the world is wrong with me? I've seen QAL for a couple of times performing "Bohemian Rhapsody" now but maybe because Vegas is getting nearer I get so emotional. I was actually crying like a baby when I watched this video. I know these are the times where history is made. These are the times I will tell my grandkids about when I tell them about my life. These concerts are so iconic and wonderful - maybe we'll all look back later in our lives and laugh and cry and think "OMG - I WAS THERE!". I remember some things in my life so very clear as if they happened yesterday and I know exactly where I was and what I was doing when I heard some specific news. Lady Dianas wedding - and her tragic accident, 9/11, the fall of the Berlin wall and of course - Freddie's death. He was so dear to me and my mother that we were jumping like lunatics through our living room when he was singing "Barcelona" with Montserrat Caballe - because it was so damn special and wonderful. And I remember the emptiness and the great loss I was feeling when I heard about his death. So seeing Adam, whom I love so dearly, singing with Freddie, whom I still love so, so very much, makes me cry my eyes out. But in a happy way!!!!!  I just can't wait for Vegas! Oh and a Happy Birthday to betty, letmeseeyastrut and revlisacat! I know this shouldn't been posted here, but I hope for forgiveness 
I know I can't help myself and going to cry when Brian's singing Love of My Live.. this is definitely; and then Who Wants To Live Forever.. and off course Bohemian Rhapsody. I love both Adam and Freddie and seeing Freddie on the big screen and singing duet with Adam..

My personal preference is A3 ... but I am not against nest egg building. QAL is a great gig and will provide incentive to interviewers for A3 promo. They can ask about Brian and Roger and segway into Adam music. The thing that has been on my mind is how this tour will impact Adam's music. I wonder if he will put out a purely current pop record which could appear a little discordant the Queen tour, or will his new music be more pop/rock influenced for a better transition. Can't wait to find out. |

His latest comments re "perfectionism" and "more work needed" are somewhat worrisome... also there is definitely an opened door feeling re EU dates from both Bri and Adam (despite the repeated statements to the contrary from Shosh), so if these happen I hope they will take place before Asia/OZ... but practically speaking - it is probably too late to announce those... otherwise, if they go into Sept - Oct. touring I don't see A3 happening this year at all. Hope I am wrong of course. Theosgma - my deepest condolences! |
