My prediction is that by the end of the tour there will be very few active "critics" left, and that pool will mostly consist of people who did not attend any of the concerts. So far I have not seen one negative review from an actual attendee - even on QOL. Some didn't like the couch (too campy and/or obstructed the view of Brian) or some other moment, but overall the reaction was very positive. Give it another 9 weeks and the few negative voices will get silenced as well.  |

From What I saw on that Queen forum, they adore the two missing members of Queen and trash the "half of Queen" that remains. I do not call those fans. Glamberts want Adam to be happy and creating for the rest of his life, but they want Queen retired. Also noted how Adam is not a decent frontman but they would not want to watch videos or go to a show to actually fact check that opinion.

The big question would be...what version? The QAL live version? Or the Queen version with Freddie. I would think quite honestly that it would be the first single off the new album. QAL playing it now is just to promote it. There's the possibility that they would release the live one in front of a bluray/CD of one of these gigs...but I'd bet on the prior. I WOULD bet on a live bluray/DVD though...and I would NOT bet on Vegas to be honest. If they are going to release a show, they are going to want to release one that includes the giant set and all the frills....*I* would bet more heavily on MSG or perhaps the Forum, especially as they are close to Brian's heart... anyone know which sound is better, Forum or MSG. Wouldn't they be likely to shoot at a couple of shows in case of some big glitch (such as forgotten lyrics) during a song? |

I can't find it now but someone asked about PR interacting with the band - In this case Spike, Jamie Moses, and Danny Miranda...He did at times. I do think Adam probably interacts more though. I agree on both counts! 1) The single will be the album version = Freddie, and the tour is used to promo 2) IF they record anything for release it will NOT be LV, for the reasons stated above. I'd bet on MSG as well. Talon, was there an official DVD from QPR tour? Yes there were two actually. Return of the Champions was from the 2005 tour (and out that same fall). Live In Ukraine covered the 2008 tour from their playing to 350,000 in Ukraine. They want them to continue working on archival releases, new solo music, new music together, or touring with someone they consider more worthy...Not much different in your eyes perhaps, but subtly different  |
