The only other information we have about Lambert’s new album came back in March, when Billboard reported that Lambert had traveled to Sweden to work with pop hit maker Max Martin and his collective of songwriters. Lambert collaborated with Martin on two songs that appear on his debut album, For Your Entertainment: “Whataya Want From Me” and “If I Had You.” U.K.-based singer-songwriter Joe Janiak, who spent time in the studio with Lambert in Sweden, told Billboard: I think there are going to be big things on this record, because the focus is on really strong songwriting and performance and stuff like that. They’re really locking in on all of [Lambert’s] strong points and just making him even better. |

Guys, it's a wonderful day in both Queen and Adam-land, the concerts are going great, the shows are mostly sold out, the reviews are glowing by any standards of typical music reviews....there really is no reason to be full of gloom and doom...really......none! There are thousands of Queen fans at every one of these shows, who either love Adam anyways or at least took their chances with him, and they are coming out with smiling faces and utterly happy and satisfied, from what I can tell. Why, why, why are we worried about about 12 or so wannabe cool looking blog contributors, of whom 2 are known trolls (ex-Vftw) 2 clearly have some major other disfunction or psychological issue 6-8 think that Freddie is dead ==> Queen is dead ===> B&R are idiots for trying to do anything but retire none of this has anything to do with Adam. So, then there are also a few who don't like him, and they have assembled at these few blogs to commiserate, because clearly the show is going on without them, and nobody is listening to them any place else. We here have success on our side, we have Adam and his wonderful strength and beautiful attitude on our side, we have - this time around - even the media on our side. Let's celebrate! and please can we also free Talon from the unfair responsibility to defend other Queen fans. I love to hear Talon's opinion, but attempting to corner him for silly comments somewhere said by others? Not really. 34216 total votes...I think the Queen fans are overall a wonderful bunch, musically interested and quite informed, and many are open to other performers too. Let's just not listen to those few ney-sayers, and for those who get pulled down by them, maybe not reading QOL -Forum threads may be the best way to go. Like a few others here, I went there occasionally for entertainment, but not this week. I cannot even catch up with the threads right now, so I'll get back there, when there is nothing else going on. Right now, my time is filled with wonderful video and sometimes stream watching and twitter and reviews and the threads here....and life is good. |
