Guys, Adam knows how to take care of himself. I think he's fine. If anything I think he has an excess of adrenaline playing to his hometown. I don't think you can judge much from a livestream, even a good quality one  It must be great to be singing to your home down family, friends, and crowd but the adrenaline has to be really strong. I think he sounds great as usual. |

bet he goes for the glory note inWWTLF No way - I don't think we will hear that note on this tour... especially not given where song sits in the line up. I was tweeting with Angelina (Opera expert Cassie knows) and she said Love Kills followed but WWTLF is like singing two arias back to back. True! I was very surprised he put those two back to back. It is a tour de force! Actually, i am pleased to hear that adam is not adding in some of the old glory notes just because it is his home town with friends and family. I was afraid that his excitement and emotions might overwhelm his common sense. Total pro and taking care of that rare instrument. |

Okay, I guess I was just getting worked up.
It seemed to me that he softened quite a few notes, cut others off a little abruptly, and there was a rasp on some of the bigger notes. I wish I had a better command of singing to be able to describe to you what I mean.
It just reassures me that you say he sounded strong with good support. Thanks for that. The good news is, he seemed to use his lower register more, which I love. Thanks, cassie, for the hand holding!
And thanks for the reminder, tinafea. For me this stream sounded so clear my expectations may have been too high.
