OMG, jomama what a story!! I have had concerts almost ruined by the loud and drunk and moving is usually the cure. It is good that Dallas was so amazing because it made the Houston show up for you.
Houston was good. Dallas was phenomenal. The sound and equipment issues really did affect Houston show and I am so glad they figured it out for Dallas.
The kind of cool thing that happened for me in all this is that one of my tweets got favorited by Brian May!!!! It was the last thing I expected as I am not out in twitter land very often, only for shows, really, so I woke up to that this morning and that was cool.
My friends tonight told me I was clearly still glowing off my concert experience. I would have to agree. It was a really fun journey. That man's voice is just pure honey and if I had the $$$$ and the time I would travel to see every show on this tour.

jomama2... OMG!! I cannot believe what happened to you at the Houston concert!      But OMG you really really lucked out for Dallas!   Somebody was really watching out for you when you made that snap decision to get Dallas tickets!!

butterfly... your recap was PERFECT and I could totally understand everything you wrote so PLEASE NEVER WORRY about your English!!  Wow! You got to meet and chat with so many people! Do you know the English expression "social butterfly"? (definition: a person who is socially dynamic, networking, charismatic, and personally gregarious.) I'm thinking you are definitely a social butterfly at concerts! LOL Everybody loves talking with you! And that was a great pic of you with "Brian's guitar guy." Good for you! And re. people buying huge amounts of food just before a concert starts... I JUST DON'T GET IT!!

I think my favorite part of the show was Adam's call and response. It was just so amazing and adorable and everything else. That boy is just so amazingly talented and gorgeous and he just shines like a brilliant sun bathing everyone in his glorious talent. My bad luck had turned into good luck with those four empty seats behind me in a very packed arena and I had a wonderful time that made up for my horrible experience the night before. I bought that Dallas ticket on a whim one morning as if I must have had esp that I was going to need to see another show after Houston and boy was that esp right because I would have been miserable if I had gone home after the Houston show. Anyway, it all worked out and from what I'm reading here, Dallas was a really great show compared to the others so far, so I'm happy I bought that ticket on a whim. That's all folks!! Two very different experiences! I'm glad Dallas worked out. What song was the call and response in? |
