kvk and sizzling63  I wore etymotic earplugs and got no chipmunk. My husband wore nothing Shocked!!!!in his ears and didn't complain about the chipmunk effect. I took my plugs out for some of WWTLF because I wanted to hear Adam unadulterated but it got too loud for me so I put them back in. We were in the part of the seating where the sound should have been perfect but it wasn't. I thought it was just me regarding some of WWTLF that was too loud; put my fingers to my ears and this was the one song I really wanted to hear live. Didn't think there would be any problems with the sound because I was Right Center, four seats from the aisle, directly across from the sound mix area. Thank God I have a second chance to hear this live in Atlantic City! |

Before I forget, if we have a female member here with lovely white hair and has been to 8 concerts, the folks I met in Doubletree's bar after the concert were amazed about you attending so many concerts.
Although, I didn't meet any ATop members staying at Doubletree (my bad, but I think I rode the shuttle back to the hotel with a mother and daughter from here; just have that feeling), I met this lady that was trying to get the GA ticket from you.
The concert was wonderful, but everything seems to be a blur for me after the first two songs; so much to take in. Glad I have that second concert.

Although, I had no chipmunk sound waves in Detroit, it is the first time I've been to a concert and not had that effect. The plugs were a necessity especially during the first part. It was the first time I haven't experienced ear problems afterwards that I can remember. So, from now on, the plugs. |
