HI EVERYONE!
I'M EXCITED THAT I COULD FINALLY SEE ADAM IN CONCERT! SOMEONE IS SO KINDHEARTED ENOUGH TO GIVE ME A TICKET TO SEE QAL AT THE FORUM TOMORROW. ADAM'S FAN COMMUNITY HAS SO MANY KIND AND NICE PEOPLE. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF I COULD MEET SOME OF YOU HERE WHO ARE GOING TO THE CONCERT ALSO?

Question for those who have been to a concert. Does Rufus play the main set of drums on "Tie Your Mother Down" every night? And if so, why this song? I believe Rufus has played TYMD for all the concerts. I think one reason they picked this song is because it is a drum solo that requires a lot of energy. It is fast and forceful. Here are just the drums. List to the part around 3:00 on particularly the flourish at the end. youtu.be/7_tZW9I56Z4It also uses a lot of percussion -- and that is Rufus' specialty. |

Cassie, thanks for your interesting post about Adam's vocals. I felt like I should be on vocal rest the day after my concert night, just from the cheering and whooping and yahooing that I indulged in! I don't know how Adam does it!!!
