I just watched the encore from the Forum for the kajillionth time....and it brought me to tears yet again! The audience response was so awesome! I could feel the love flying back and forth...all the way over here on the East Coast! Can't wait for my two shows! And I have a very important question to ask about the aforementioned finale: did Adam's stylist use Krazy Glue or double-sided sticky tape to keep the coronet firmly in place while he took that deeeeep bow at the end?! Inquiring minds want to know! Carry on! I too was wondering about the magic of the crown not falling off ...

If there was any justice LA Times would fire that reviewer, but I bet he's gonna get away with it. It's not that he wrote a bad review, it's that he was unprofessional... my 2 cents... I wouldn't like to see anyone fired but they should take him the heck off of rock concert reviews & keep him confined to the stuff he apparently knows - pop pablum. When I read that review I couldn't help wondering if the reviewer Mikeal Wood was one of those wooden guys standing in front of Butterknife's stream.

My idea is that it's a size (maybe not quite but almost too small for his head lol) that fits REALLY SNUG!

Just a brief mention of Adam & dancing as a kid (among other things): "...the Metropolitan credo is to develop talent, not create "stars," so during Lambert's teen years, he mentored younger actors (which she said involved everything from "teaching them a dance step to wiping a runny nose"). And he was cast as often in the ensemble as in the lead -- even though he had the kind of talent she said "you only see once in a lifetime." "It grounds them. It's like being part of a team or a family. It teaches you humility," she said. "Adam truly is as genuine as he looks on television. His family gave him a great foundation, and I like to think we helped give him a lot of good values. Did you see on every 'Idol' episode how he thanked the orchestra or the band? Those are the things we still teach our kids today. You get what you give. What you put out there in the universe comes back to you. And you see that sense of kindness and generosity in Adam's persona."

I was kinda waiting to see the crown slip when he bowed so deeply. I'm sure having thick hair helps. Maybe the crown has combs built in. At any rate, Adam's been in theater long enough to know some tricks.

Just think of this video and don't let him or anyone like this interviewer get you down. Too much joyous feeling in the arena and up on the stage to let this guy crap our style!
