I predict the show tonight will be EXTRA AWESOME! and we need to thank Mr. Wood for making Adam mad! Extra fire tonight, I tell you! LOL, that's exactly what I was thinking. He will be extra ampped up tonight! So glad it sounds like we will have a stream. Also really agree with this tweet: @noangelpf 54m Queen's always been about pleasing the fans & duck the critics & so has Adam. I think he's mainly offended on behalf of Queen tbh. Yeah, I think so too. The comments about greed and padding bank accounts....F**k off. I hope he does look at the comments to understand that QAL fans do not share the "reviewer's (term used loosely) opinion. TBH after I watched the Chicago stream I DID feel like I had been thrown back into time. I realized then how much I had missed having that feeling. Pure, classic rock. I told my dh after the stream that I felt as though I had transcended a few decades. It just felt like my youth.
As I've been back and forth about what to wear to Detroit I'm now thinking of throwing on a pair of bell bottoms and going for a total retro look -- bell bottoms, poor boy, sash belt, Moroccan camel bag, buffalo sandals. Yeah, I was there.

 If there was any justice LA Times would fire that reviewer, but I bet he's gonna get away with it. It's not that he wrote a bad review, it's that he was unprofessional... my 2 cents... I wouldn't like to see anyone fired but they should take him the heck off of rock concert reviews & keep him confined to the stuff he apparently knows - pop pablum. He'll probably be rewarded for the hits the site is getting....... |
